Work you will do:
The US Space Force (USSF) Delta (DEL) 6 Director of Operations (S3/5/7) provides expert and high-level leadership for the DEL 6 global warfighting enterprise, especially on issues requiring broad-based understanding of cyberspace strategy, policy, doctrine, and capabilities. The S3/5/7 directorate (as part of the DEL 6 S-Staff) is responsible for setting the operational tempo, command/directorate taskings and providing leadership with situational awareness of the current Space Access and Cyber Operations environment. The directorate requires a broad range of technical aptitude, effective intrapersonal and intra-organizational solutions, a detailed understanding of space systems, command and control, and cyberspace disciplines and analytical problems solving skills. Given the necessity for meeting these requirements, including the cross-functional dependencies from other areas of the S-Staff and the Cyber Squadrons, S3/5/7 must accelerate their capacity to deliver these capabilities to meet those prioritized milestones and accomplish their mission. Success of the Delta 6 S3/5/7 is critical to enabling the CYS delivery of cyber effects to the supported Space Mission Delta and achieving the USSF enterprise cyber transformation.

Associate’s Degree or higher
TS/SCI clearance
