Work you’ll do
 

Provides clients with solutions to manage risk that comes with digital transformational change in core business operations. Offerings includes solutions that helps agencies plan for, and respond to, the need for change; define and implement sound governance to manage transformation in core business operations; and analytics to monitor and assess performance and attainment of transformational change objectives. Impact assessments of evolving digital transformation environments and/or changes in core business operations; strategy and framework design to meet business objectives and mitigate operational risks through increased utilization of technology and data; program Implementation support and business optimization in core business operations; and design, execution, and management of compliance programs to meet organizational goals.  The Regulatory Transformation, Operations and Mission Analytics solution provide clients with solutions to manage transformational change and the end-to-end operational risk that comes with that change.

Qualifications 

Required:

  • 2+ years of experience with data quality analysis, statistical analysis and/or modeling, financial or cost analysis, internal controls, and/or external/internal financial audit
  • Experience mining and analyzing transactional electronic data with competency in one or more of the following: SAS,SQL, SPSS, R, Python, ACP, IDEA Tableau, MATLAB, Visual Basic, Business Intelligence, Hadoop or Alteryx
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgment
  • Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives
  • Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience
  • Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools, as well as Internet research tools
  • Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance for this role
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field
Preferred:
  • Healthcare or Financial Industry experience
  • Federal Consulting and/or professional services experience
