Work you’ll do
- Supervise a team of 4-6 people, conducting research in a climate controlled warehouse environment
- Responsible for tracking individual team review metrics including QA/QC reviews
- Identify any issues associated with document preservation and maintenance
- Proficient in data entry for inputting box and searcher information into a database
- Manage and maintain a box inventory database, providing good attention to detail

Our teams apply eDiscovery leading practices and leverage analytics technology, as well as traditional legal research and writing, to assist government attorneys and agency staff through the litigation or information request process.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role - PUBLIC TRUST Clearance
- Travel up to 100% (Onsite position is in an underground National Archive facility)
Preferred:
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft Access and SQL Server
- Proficient with eDiscovery (Civil litigation/Freedom of Info Requests)
- Experience leading/supervising teams
