About the Role
This position is responsible for contributing to the success of the end-to-end solution delivery process. This role will implement solution delivery through a variety of activities including, data analytics, solution configuration, and deployment, establishing performance metrics and new policies, testing, and knowledge management.
The role requires analytical, technical, and complex problem-solving skills with knowledge of optimization methods, statistical analysis, and certification & experience with OMP implementation. It also requires exposure to data science, and associated software and programming technologies. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving results, exceeding client expectations, applying critical thinking, and working with diverse groups of people and projects.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure business processes developed from business/data requirement documentation adhere to industry best practices and align with client objectives and business model. Collect and analyze data from sources like ERP systems, databases, Excel sheets, emails, and others. Ensure accuracy and completeness of data collected
- Perform detailed discovery sessions with OMP end users to understand and document supply chain software requirements, including: the customers supply chain network, operating model, systems landscape, planning processes, as well as objectives and targets for a software solution implementation
- Participate in OMP solution architecture and design fit-for-purpose solutions. If needed, design new functionalities to solve complex business requirements
- Define the overall systems architecture and data flow, including both standard software functionalities to be used as well as any software extensions needed.
- Implement standard OMP functionalities (user interface & basic planning features)
- Perform functional, performance & integrated testing of configured functionalities
- Prepare and facilitate handover sessions
- Perform root cause analyses and define solutions for bugs and issues
- Support data management and data integration activities, including source systems data transformation, data loading into OMP, data cleanup and validation
- Support customer and project team on Quality Control/Quality Assurance practices to the configured solution, executing unit test scripts and supporting the execution of end-to-end tests and user acceptance tests
- Support troubleshooting and resolution of solution issues
Required Qualifications / Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in implementation of OMP modules, such as SOP, DP and OPR
- Experience in workshop preparation and facilitation
- Experience in Agile methodology to help deliver large scale enterprise solutions
- Understanding of supply chain planning concepts, processes (demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, S&OP, etc.), KPIs and best practices in supply chain planning
- Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the client and industries/sectors you serve
- Limited Immigration Sponsorship may be available
Preferred Qualifications / Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related fields with a concentration in operations or analytics
- Certified as a OMP Solution Architect or has completed all requirements for OMP Solution Architect certification
- Strong analytical skills, data mining knowledge, and proficiency in handling and processing large volumes of data
- Ability to identify key insights and critical thinking to prioritize and focus on the highest value opportunities or the biggest risks
- Ability to communicate mathematical, technical, or software usage concepts to audiences with limited background / knowledge on the subject
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams, distributed across locations and time zones and across multiple hierarchy levels

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the range is $119,025 to $198,375.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
