Position Summary

Profile summary

You will be part of the National Tax Quality Assurance and Risk Management (“NTQA”) team supporting the establishment of firm policies and activities that provide a quality/risk management framework that guides Deloitte Tax professionals on matters involving confidentiality and privacy. NTQA generally supports our client-facing teams in delivering quality service to their clients while mitigating risks.

Work you’ll do:


·       Support the Privacy Liaison for Tax with responsibilities including, but not limited to:

o   Handling of privacy incident calls/investigations and follow-ups

o   Providing regular updates on Tax privacy incidents

·       Support the Confidentiality and Privacy Leader for Tax in developing and executing the strategy for Tax around handling and protecting Confidential Information (“CI”), including but not limited to:

o   Development and deployment of Confidential Information Management Plans (“CIMP”) for Tax engagements

o   Developing communications and trainings to reinforce the Tax CI strategy

o   Liaise with other stakeholder groups on the Firm’s CI strategy

o   Perform and summarize research on various topics including privacy and regulatory issues



·       4 plus years of experience in professional services

·       Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

·       Experience managing content in Microsoft SharePoint

·       Limited Sponsorship may be available

·       Ability to self-direct projects and collaborate with team members

·       Ability to comfortably communicate with all levels of professionals

·       Outstanding project management and communication skills
