Work you’ll do/Responsibilities  

 

The purpose of this role is to provide technical analysis and development support across multiple projects with a geographically dispersed customers and application development team. This role supports a suite of applications and instantiations. Responsibilities will include estimating future development scope, designing and documenting software enhancements, intra-team coordination troubleshooting issues inclusive of database connections and server environments, application maintenance, sprint and reporting participation, and performing regular code reviews for guidelines and standards adherence.

  • Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages
  • Remain up to date with the terminology, concepts, and best practices for coding mobile apps
  • Develop technical interfaces, specifications, and architecture
  • Use and adapt existing web applications for apps
  • Create and test software prototypes
  • Develop client displays and user interfaces
  • Assist software personnel in handling project related work and other requirements
  • Coordinate with other software professionals and developers

Our operate services within CTO include:

  • Foundry Services: Operate services providing flexible, recurring resource capacity for client initiatives, projects, tasks, and enhancement
  • Managed Services: Operate services that provide ongoing maintenance, monitoring, and optimization for IT/Engineering applications & products

 

Qualifications

 Required

  • 5-7 years of experience as a .NET Developer
  • Experienced using fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experienced with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS, React, and Amber.
  • Experienced with server-side languages .Net, ASP required with Java, and PHP a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
