Position Summary

NBI Strategic Operations Analyst


The New Business Innovation (NBI) team collaboratively evaluates new technologies and trends—sensing, incubating, and scaling the development of assets to augment the firm’s leading services. NBI drives Consulting’s asset-based agenda and assists its hybrid offerings, building a culture of continuous innovation to address our clients’ pressing business challenges, provide tangible results in the near-term, and create sustainable competitive advantage for the firm.


The responsibilities of the Strategic Operations Analyst include assisting the collection of key performance and key program data/metrics across NBI, assisting investment reporting and monitoring to advise NBI operations and leadership decision making, assisting staff augmentation and auditing for compliance across multiple workstreams of NBI.  This role will be pivotal in ensuring we are able to meet those needs by assessing and staffing resources on new and existing project teams.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage, maintain, and streamline resource needs and plan financial and resource reports required for dashboard views with insights for leadership
  • Drive operational cadence for collating and collecting information for data aggregation and analyzing while working with workstreams to streamline existing processes
  • Work closely with Central Hub leads with data preparation required for scheduled reporting/meetings
  • Process time analysis reporting from multiple T&E systems
  • Collaborate directly with other NBI teams and OCIO teams to manage and execute short-term special projects
  • Manage system-wide rollouts affecting NBI practitioners (e.g., relating to compliance, talent, etc.)
  • Manage projects in JIRA requiring documentation for billing and asset assignment compliance and JIRA permissions (individual and group)
  • Assess and develop processes to manage activities required periodically to confirm closeout and/or implementation of projects (annual/quarterly/monthly intervals)
  • Work with NBI management/leadership to create strategies and approaches for areas of optimization; executing the approach to pursue expected outcome
  • Work with PMO team to continuously assess ways to improve and develop new policies and processes
  • Create and distribute reports to closely track and analyze SNET project data (500+ projects), tickets, and issue resolution
  • Advise with the implementation of service level objectives across NBI, ongoing managements, and improvement of Jira
  • Prepare ad-hoc reporting as requested


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum two years’ experience in a related role

The responsibilities of the Capacity and Operations Analyst include assisting the collection of key performance and key program data/metrics across NBI, assisting investment reporting and monitoring to advise NBI operations and leadership decision making, assisting staff augmentation and auditing for compliance across multiple workstreams of NBI.  This role will be pivotal in ensuring we are able to meet those needs by assessing and staffing resources on new and existing project teams.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage, maintain, and streamline resource needs and plan financial and resource reports required for dashboard views with insights for leadership
  • Drive recurring staffing and demand planning cadence with workstream leads and leadership
  • Conduct weekly roster audits of staffing data including realignments of practitioner org units and updates to capability/talent groups
  • Manage weekly practitioner notifications to confirm increased staffing compliance
  • Work with vendors to maintain ongoing data updates related to contractor onboarding to include managing status timelines and updates
  • Collaborate with workstream leads, recruiting, and vendors on data validation and reporting related to project staffing
  • Help facilitate staffing and demand planning calls with workstream leads and leadership
  • Other data management tasks related to reporting/recruiting/staffing capacity, etc.
  • Drive operational cadence for collating and collecting information for data aggregation and analyzing, while working with workstreams to streamline existing processes
