Work you’ll do
As a Multi-Disciplinary Security Officer (MDSO) within our Workforce Transformation team you will:
- Instruct courses on topics that involve multiple areas of security (e.g., physical security, personnel security, cyber security, law enforcement, etc.).
- Gather, review, analyze and synthesize content
- Conduct quality assurance of course materials and deliverables
- Identify opportunities for efficiencies in work process and innovative approaches to completing scope of work
- Participate in team problem solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues
- Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products
- Actively expand consulting skills and professional development through training courses, mentoring, and daily interaction with clients

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
- Travel up to 10%
- 10+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience
- MDSO certification
- 5 years' of MDSO experience and subject matter expertise in multiple areas of security (e.g., physical security, personnel security, cyber security, law enforcement, etc.).
- Experience delivering instructor-led training
- Experience in training development
- Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience
Preferred:
- Prior professional services or government consulting experience
- Instructor certification
