Work you’ll do
- Manage the product throughout its lifecycle from concept to end-of-life
- Collect, manage and maintain traceability of requirements from all stakeholders across product releases
- Write the business case for investments and gain internal approval
- Understand and represent user needs and needs of the business
- Oversee and specify research needed to determine needs and desires of end users
- Determine appropriate medium to best meet needs
- Capture & prioritize requirements and document into JIRA Epics
- Understand the vision and articulate the business value of the epics created
- Decompose the epics into stories to be developed
- Lead BAs in cataloguing data and developing and refining stories that are Dev Ready

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree required in statistics, computer science or other relevant training Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
- 12 years' previous experience in or around mortgage products and processes. The Product Manager is responsible for product planning, delivery and marketing throughout the product lifecycle.
- Ability to travel 20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyst

- Project Management Professional (PMP), SAFe for Teams, Leading SAFe 6.0, SAFe for Government, SAFe Product Owner, SAFe Scrum Master
