Work you’ll do
Serve as a Momentum ERP Technical Implementation Lead for a large, complex Department of Defense project. Strong technical Momentum 7.9x implementation experience preferred including working knowledge of the Momentum technical stack (i.e. Web Methods, C++, Java, Tuxedo), troubleshooting issues, coordination with the product vendor for patching, trouble tickets, etc.
The project will include various workstreams related to Program Management, Governance, Business/Functional Capabilities documentation and review; Process Flow development, data mapping, data migration, testing, training, stakeholder management, change management, and system infrastructure and hosting.
Responsibilities include:
• Developing and managing a detailed project plan to track progress
• Managing changes in project scope, schedule and costs
• Managing the relationships with the client and all stakeholders
• Performing risk management to minimize project risks
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation
• Coordinating with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
• Prioritize development work and manage team to ensure completion of development in accordance with schedule
• Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues
• Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards
• Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information
• Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution
• A history of delivering in a federal environment
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to partner and collaborate with both engineers and business users on architecture vision and security model

Qualifications
Required:
- Strong technical Momentum implementation experience.
- Proven experience in troubleshooting issues and coordinating with product vendors for patching and trouble tickets.
- Experience in Program Management, Governance, Business/Functional Capabilities documentation and review, Process Flow development, data mapping, data migration, testing, training, stakeholder management, change management, and system infrastructure and hosting.
- Excellent project management skills, including developing and managing project plans, managing changes in project scope, schedule, and costs, and performing risk management.
- Minimum of 7 years of consulting and/or related industry experience.
- Experience supporting IT engagements of greater than average size and complexity.
- Ability to lead multiple teams and multiple clients with confidence.
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Professional oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to drive and lead problem-solving and troubleshooting efforts.
- Experience mentoring and managing junior staff and furthering their professional growth.
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
- Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
