Work you’ll do
Serve as a full-time Sr. Momentum ERP Functional Analyst for a large, complex Department of Defense project. The project will include multiple tasks including:
- Supporting Program Management Office functions
- Analyzing business/functional capabilities
- Creating and updating functional design specifications for new or enhanced functionality
- Documenting process flows
- Maintaining and updating Momentum ERP application configurations
- Implementing and configurating accounting posting rules and general ledger accounts
- Developing use cases, test scenarios and test scripts
- Conducting unit, integration and user acceptance testing
- Developing and updating end-user training materials for new or enhanced functionality
- Troubleshooting and resolving user issues/tickets
- Creating functional specifications and prepare wireframes/flowcharts
- Performing gap analysis and recommending solutions
- Identifying and proposing viable technology solutions to meet client needs
- Generating interface designs, prototypes, data flow diagrams and data system models
- Creating test plans, test scripts, and use cases

The Finance & Performance (F&P) teams advise, implement, and deliver as-a-service solutions to help clients develop strategies and capabilities that support enterprise-wide decision-making, develop operating models to optimize organizational performance, improve finance operations, and create impact within their organizations.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Ability to travel 5-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- 4+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience in Government ERP configuration
- 4+ years of experience with design, unit testing, and deployment of RICEW (Forms, Reports, Interfaces, Customizations, Extensions, and Workflows) objects in Momentum 7.9.x or higher
- Ability to work on-site 4-5 days per week in Washington DC area
- DoD interim Secret clearance or higher, with ability to obtain TS SCI CI-Poly
Preferred:
- Experience with Budget to Report (B2R) processes preferred
- Experience creating functional design specifications
- Ability to prepare weekly and month status reports, and project briefings for senior clients and project leadership
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Experience working with Federal Financial systems and business processes
- Knowledge of Federal or Department of Defense business systems and processes a plus
- Familiarity with Standard Line of Accounting (SLOA) and Standard Financial Information Structure (SFIS)
