Work you’ll do

Background:
The government agency is modernizing and leveraging cloud technologies to improve the delivery of agency services while also enhancing its infrastructure capabilities. As part of the effort, the government agency’s OCIO is establishing a combined cyber and network vendor supported services contract. The integrated team will provide one common approach to networking and security services. This requirement will be administered centrally to directly support ITOS and Cybersecurity Divisions.

Description:

  • Control the team’s workflow via Scrum and Kanban methodologies and PMBOK
  • Coordinate collaboration and communication of program execution between prime and sub-contractor personnel, agency personnel, and other stakeholders
  • Develop, implement, and assist with planning, direction, execution, and oversight of Network activities
  • Develop and maintain a capacity planning strategy determining how staff resources will estimate hours, manage deliverables, and report task/project status

Qualifications 

Required: 

  • 5+ years’ experience in workflow management and oversight, SAFe Agile experience, Microsoft Project and Teams, Azure DevOps board management, KanBan boards, Remedy and other platforms as required, change management oversight and process flow, task tracking and prioritization
  • High school diploma/ GED required.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future 

Location: Telework acceptable, required to be able to travel to Boyers, PA or Macon, GA.

Desired Certifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
