    Work you’ll do

    As a Developer in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform you will help clients design and develop solutions that utilize the Microsoft platforms and integrate with other technologies.

    Digital Customer offering focuses on designing and implementing sales and service experiences, capabilities, and architectures to bring customer strategies to life. The ambition is to be the best in the world at driving customer transformation through the development of clever commercial strategies, distinctive experiences, and the application of digital technologies. We help make the “creative digital consultancy” real and in doing so, make new markets.

    Professionals will serve our clients through the following types of work:

    • Emerging | enables different capabilities throughout Lead to Fulfillment life cycle, we are closely aligned in assisting clients in providing a high-quality customer experience and executing efficient processes

    Required Qualifications:

    • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules and Power Apps technical solutions

    • Work experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) and/or Platform as a Service (PaaS) environments

    • Experience developing and deploying business applications using Microsoft’s Dynamics Power Platform

    • Core Skills: C#, SQL, .Net, D365, CRM SDK, CRM Plugins, Power Apps, and Power Automate

    • Experience with the design of conceptual architecture and technical solutions

    • 3+ years of experience with CRM products with the majority of experience in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platforms

    • Experience working with a team to deliver large, complex technology projects

    • A background working with offshore teams

    • Experience with multiple full life cycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics CRM

    • Experience in the end-to-end project delivery

    • Oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint) to technical and non-technical audiences

    • Problem solving and troubleshooting skills

    • Strong commitment to professional client service excellence required

    • Bachelor's Degree and/or advanced certifications in Microsoft Dynamics CRM

    • Ability to travel up to 50% on average based on the work you do and the clients and industries/ sectors you serve

    Preferred Skills:

    • Technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM development and integration

    • Familiarity with Azure or other leading cloud platforms, such as AWS or Google

    • Familiarity with other leading CRM applications, such as Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, or ServiceNow

    • Strong understanding of multiple SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, RUP, other)

    • Expertise in solution selling techniques such as identifying the client pain points, defining a solution, and contributing to a project proposal.
