Work you’ll do
- Support production of written, photographic, video, and audio communications products
- Support development of materials for diverse public consumption using digital and traditional media formats

In Customer Strategy & Applied Design we elevate the Human Experience. We help clients and account teams design innovative services and human experiences. A few examples of how we achieve this is by conducting ethnographic research, service blueprinting, and surveying customer segmentations.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility security clearance required
- 3 years of experience producing written, photographic, video, and audio communications products
- Proficiency in digital media, production and editing, and visual design
- Excellent written, verbal, and digital communication/interpersonal skills
- Work is performed in Honolulu, Hawaii
Preferred:
- 5+ years of experience producing written, photographic, video, and audio communications products
- Knowledge of DoD and National Security Council (NSC) public affairs guidance and strong familiarity with global professional media and broadcast standards
- Proven expertise in digital media development, design, and delivery, including video production and post-production
- Experience developing successful multimedia campaigns
- Experience working in global media settings

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $102,750 to $171,250.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
