Work you’ll do
- Proactively work with team and client stakeholders to understand programmatic goals and technical requirements
- Assist in configuring and customizing the Medallia platform to align with clients’ feedback collection strategies and objectives.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data capture mechanisms and feedback surveys.
- Conduct data validation and quality assurance checks to ensure the accuracy and reliability of customer feedback data, identifying and resolving any data-related issues.
- Stay updated with the latest platform enhancements, industry trends, and best practices in customer experience management and feedback analysis.
- Develop training materials and provide guidance to clients on data analysis best practices and platform functionalities. Collaborate with internal teams to share insights and knowledge that enhance the overall capabilities of the organization.

Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of SaaS configuration experience
- 1+ years of experience performing configuration for surveys, dashboard development and implementation of related Medallia features
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML experience
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Must be able to obtain the required level of security clearance for this role
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience OR Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Must be in your designated office location 10%-30% of each work week
- Must live a commutable distance to or be willing to relocate to one of the following USDC locations: Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Gilbert, AZ.
