Work you’ll do 

As a Specialist Master in EAM Technology, you will lead and deliver large, complex client engagements that identify, design, and implement EAM solutions, including IBM Maximo.  Responsibilities include: defining and documenting key client business issues, understanding where and how EAM technology can be leveraged to address such business issues, and developing recommendations for the client in the context of the overall strategy, system selection or implementation engagement.  You will be expected to implement and oversee the quality of deliverables, effectively manage the functional and technical team, support functional tracks of the system implementation and day-to-day relationships to ensure exceptional performance.  Managers also participate in the development and presentation of proposals for business development activities.

The Finance & Enterprise Performance (F&EP) teams advise, implement, and deliver as-a-service solutions to help clients develop strategies and capabilities that support enterprise-wide decision-making, develop operating models to optimize organizational performance, improve finance operations, and create impact within their organizations.

 

Qualifications 

Required: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required 
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Functional knowledge of EAM solutions such as Maximo and SAP
  • Active Secret security clearance required 
  • Travel up to 25% (While 25% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice)

 

Preferred:

  • Asset management strategy development (including business case development and implementation road map design)
  • Asset management vendor selection or solution evaluation
  • Technical knowledge of implementing and optimizing IBM Maximo modules like Work Management, Asset Management, Supply Chain
  • Leading functional and technical teams in the design and implementation of EAM solutions 
  • Experience in industries like Government, Utilities, Energy & Gas, Real Estate Management
  • Experience in implementing Maximo Anywhere or any of the Maximo partner solutions
  • Understanding/Experience of Maximo APM modules
  • Strong presentation skills and an effective management presence 
  • Eagerness to mentor and counsel junior staff 
  • Familiarity with information technologies and platforms: such as legacy ERP, cloud software services, and customer services applications. 
  • Experience with analytics to evaluate and optimize business processes
