- This role offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of technology integration during mergers and acquisitions, ensuring a seamless digital workplace experience for end-users. You will have the chance to work with a diverse range of stakeholders, drive strategic initiatives, and contribute to the success of the Government and Public Services practice.
- Work closely with other business concierges across third-party technology in Multi-access Edge Computing (MEC.
- Facilitate virtual/in-person sessions to understand end-users day-to-day activities, the apps they use, and their digital workplace needs.
- Capture and analyze client-mandated software and identify potential certified alternatives or draft use cases for CTO approval.
- Support the development and execution of a phased software integration plan to ease migration and account for upcoming renewals.
- Identify gaps in digital workplace tools and define a path forward with executive alignment.
- Collaborate with teams to understand their current tool sets, rationalize overlapping tools, and plan for necessary migrations.
- Prioritize licenses for critical apps to ensure operational stability during migration.
- Lead SaaSOps, including application discovery, and work with product managers to optimize licenses based on usage analytics.
- Manage vendor relationships throughout their lifecycle and partner with team members to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Engage with all mergers and acquisition targets, working on behalf of the Office of the Chief Information Officer (CIO) to drive great experiences and enable concierge-level outcomes.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Information Architecture, User Experience, Visual Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in digital user experience and operations, M&A investment transactions, program and project management, or related experience.
- Experience with Third-party technology in Multi-access Edge Computing (MEC), SaaSOps, DevOps, Wireframing and prototyping, Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, etc.)
- Experience in user research and usability testing, design thinking and user-centered design, and advanced proficiency in analytical writing to effectively communicate and present insights
- Ability to travel 10-20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Certified Scrum Master or SAFe Agilist
- UX Certification (e.g., General Assembly, Nielsen Norman Group UX Certification, HFI Certified Usability Analyst)
