Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Manager, Strategy & Analytics, Strategy in New York, New York and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do

Manage information technology projects for software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Manage day-to-day interactions with executives and sponsors and develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients. Manage and deliver components of engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business solutions for large companies. Manage the proposal development process and lead the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Improve internal processes and promote knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence. Manage information technology projects, including development and implementation services, to address manufacturing, financial, human resources, customer relationship management, supply chain, and other business needs throughout the enterprise.

  • 80% Travel required nationally.

Requirements

Masters degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, any STEM field or a related field and three (3) years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative the employer will accept a bachelors degree (or foreign equivalent) and five (5) years of progressive related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Must also have three (3) years of related work experience involving each of the following:

  • Driving innovative and transformative solutions for clients that address their next generational needs, and creating effective visions, strategies and roadmaps, in direct alignment and support of business and technology objectives for clients within the Financial Services, Healthcare and Technology industries;
  • Evaluating cloud and enterprise technology needs of organizations, developing strategies to increase the company's profitability, and designing and implementing plans to comply with legislation and ensure business growth;
  • Leveraging project management methodologies in order to coordinate and delivering components of engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business solutions for large companies;
  • Overseeing aspects of the proposal development process and contributing to the development of proposal pricing strategies;
  • Implementing industry standards and best practice and advising stakeholders on relevant technical issues for their business area;
  • Anticipating stakeholder needs, developing and discussing potential solutions with key stakeholders; and
  • Demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks and navigating the complexities of global teams and engagements.
