Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Manager, Strategy and Analytics, Strategy in New York, NY and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

 

Work You’ll Do

PLANNING AND DESIGNING REDESIGNED FUTURE STATE OPERATING MODEL ACROSS MULTIPLE PROCESSES AND GEOGRAPHIES LEVERAGING TOOLS AND METHODOLOGIES SUCH MS PROJECT, KEY STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT AND CHANGE COMMUNICATIONS FRAMEWORKS. CONDUCTING CURRENT STATE MATURITY ASSESSMENTS ACROSS DIGITAL AND NON-DIGITAL CAPABILITIES AND ASSESSING CLIENT METRICS AGAINST INDUSTRY PEER SET BASED ON INTERNAL BENCHMARKS AND EXTERNAL SOURCES SUCH AS GARTNER AND FORRESTER RESEARCH. VALIDATING FUTURE STATE DESIGN THROUGH FACILITATING WORKSHOPS WITH KEY STAKEHOLDERS AND MANAGING KEY DELIVERABLES AND WORKSHOP OUTPUTS LEVERAGING STATISTICAL TOOLS. DESIGNING AND DEFINING FUTURE STATE SERVICE DELIVERY MODELS BASED ON LEADING INDUSTRY PRACTICES. IDENTIFYING GAPS AND POTENTIAL OPPORTUNITIES TO IMPROVE OVERALL EFFICIENCY AND EFFECTIVENESS OF THE ORGANIZATION USING ROBOTIC PROCESS AUTOMATION (RPA), NATURAL LANGUAGE GENERATION (NLG) AND COGNITIVE SOLUTIONS. EVALUATING BUSINESS AND REGULATORY ENVIRONMENT AND INFRASTRUCTURE READINESS FOR SETTING UP OR MIGRATING NEW WORK OR KEY BUSINESS CENTERS. PERFORMING SERVICE DELIVERY VISIONING ACTIVITIES INCLUDING CURRENT STATE ASSESSMENT, INTERVIEWING STAKEHOLDERS, FUTURE STATE VISIONING AND SOLVING POTENTIAL ISSUES IN FUTURE STATE DESIGNS. ENGAGING IN RESEARCH AND ANALYSIS TO MEASURE AND ARTICULATE THE VALUE OF ORGANIZATIONAL ACTIVITIES, PROGRAMS, INVESTMENTS AND PROVIDE ACTIONABLE USING METHODOLOGIES TO MEASURE, GOVERN AND EVALUATE PERFORMANCE. PROVIDING INDUSTRY INSIGHT AND ANALYTICAL SUPPORT USING DATA MINING, PATTERN MATCHING, DATA VISUALIZATION, AND PREDICTIVE MODELLING TOOLS TO PRODUCE ANALYSIS AND ALGORITHMS THAT HELP BUSINESSES MAKE BETTER DECISIONS. MANAGE TEAMS IN THE IDENTIFICATION OF BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS, FUNCTIONAL DESIGN, PROCESS DESIGN, PROTOTYPING, TESTING, TRAINING, AND DEFINING SUPPORT PROCEDURES. DEVELOP METHODOLOGIES TO IDENTIFY AND INCUBATE SOLUTIONS AND MANAGE THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE ENTIRE INNOVATION LIFECYCLE FROM CONCEPTUALIZATION TO ROLL-OUT. CREATE PROJECT DELIVERABLES FOR CXO'S TO PROVIDE AN OVERVIEW OF THE PROJECT INCLUDING OBJECTIVES, GOVERNANCE STRUCTURE, KEY SUCCESS FACTORS AND STATUS UPDATE. DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN CONTACT WITH TOP DECISION MAKERS AT KEY CLIENTS, IDENTIFYING POTENTIAL FUTURE SALES OPPORTUNITIES FOR DELOITTE, AND ORGANIZING AND SUPPORTING CAREER DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOPS TO PREPARE CLIENTS FOR POTENTIAL CAREER PROMOTIONS. BUILD AND LEAD TEAMS TO SUPPORT DEVELOPMENT OF PROPOSALS IN THE MARGIN IMPROVEMENT DOMAIN ACROSS INDUSTRIES. PERFORM ROLE OF COUNSELOR AND COACH ACTIVELY PARTICIPATING IN STAFF RECRUITMENT AND RETENTION ACTIVITIES.

Requirements

MASTER'S DEGREE OR FOREIGN EQUIVALENT IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, ANY STEM DEGREE OR A RELATED FIELD AND THREE (3) YEARS OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE IN THE JOB OFFERED OR IN A RELATION OCCUPATION. IN THE ALTERNATIVE, THE EMPLOYER WILL ACCEPT A BACHELOR'S DEGREE OR FOREIGN EQUIVALENT AND FIVE (5) YEARS OF PROGRESSIVE WORK EXPERIENCE.
