Work You’ll Do

LEVERAGING ANALYTICS, ROBOTICS, AND COGNITIVE TECHNOLOGIES TO UNCOVER HIDDEN

RELATIONSHIPS FROM VAST TROVES OF DATA, CREATING AND MANAGING LARGE-SCALE ORGANIZATIONAL INTELLIGENCE, AND GENERATING INSIGHTS THAT

CATALYZE GROWTH AND EFFICIENCIES. PARTICIPATING IN DAY-TO-DAY INTERACTIONS WITH EXECUTIVE CLIENTS AND SPONSORS. DELIVERING COMPONENTS OF

CLIENT ENGAGEMENTS THAT IDENTIFY, DESIGN, AND IMPLEMENT CREATIVE BUSINESS SOLUTIONS FOR LARGE COMPANIES. MANAGING TEAMS IN THE IDENTIFICATION

OF BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS, FUNCTIONAL DESIGN, PROCESS DESIGN (INCLUDING SCENARIO DESIGN, FLOW MAPPING), PROTOTYPING, TESTING, TRAINING,

DEFINING SUPPORT PROCEDURES. SEARCHING AND MINING LARGE DATA SETS TO DISCOVER MEANINGFUL PATTERNS, TRENDS AND RELATIONSHIPS TO IDENTIFY

SUCCESS MEASURES AND ANALYSIS. CREATING BUSINESS CASE DECISION MODELS AND CUSTOMER FINANCIAL MODELS AND EXECUTE PROCESS MAPPING TO

OPTIMIZE CLIENTS' OPERATIONAL PRODUCTIVITY, FORECASTING, AND BUDGETING PROCESSES. PROVIDING INDUSTRY INSIGHT AND ANALYTICAL SUPPORT USING

DATA MINING, PATTERN MATCHING, DATA VISUALIZATION, AND PREDICTIVE MODELLING TOOLS TO PRODUCE ANALYSIS AND ALGORITHMS THAT HELP BUSINESSES

MAKE BETTER DECISIONS. DEVELOPING AND MAINTAINING CONTACT WITH TOP DECISION MAKERS AT KEY CLIENTS; PARTICIPATING AND LEADING ASPECTS OF THE

PROPOSAL DEVELOPMENT PROCESS. CONTRIBUTING TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF PROPOSAL PRICING STRATEGIES. IDENTIFYING AND MITIGATING RISKS IN PROCESS

AND TECHNOLOGY FOR CLIENT ENGAGEMENTS. ESTIMATING TIME AND RESOURCES NEEDED FOR THE DEVELOPMENT WORK. DIRECT LARGE TECHNOLOGY

ENGAGEMENTS AND PARTICIPATE IN LARGE-SCALE ENTERPRISE ARCHITECTURE (EA) PROJECTS INCLUDING IDEATION, IDENTIFICATION, PLANNING AND COST

ESTIMATION THROUGH REQUIREMENTS, DESIGN, DEVELOPMENT, TESTING, IMPLEMENTATION AND PRODUCTION. IDENTIFY BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS; PROVIDE

REQUIREMENTS MANAGEMENT AND FUNCTIONAL DESIGN.

REQUIRES A MASTER'S DEGREE (OR FOREIGN EQUIVALENT) IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, ANY STEM DEGREE

OR A RELATED FIELD AND THREE (3) YEARS OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE IN THE JOB OFFERED OR IN A RELATED OCCUPATION. IN THE ALTERNATIVE, THE
