Work You’ll Do
Lead and manage corporate strategy projects, workstreams, and teams that involve strategy development, analysis and planning to achieve business growth, market entry or expansion, innovation, risk management and operational enhancements, and other strategic initiatives related to clients, services, industry programs, talent, and international collaboration across the Deloitte US firm’s four business functions, Audit & Assurance, Tax, Consulting, and Risk & Financial Advisory, in addition to new services and businesses, channels (clients, industry sectors, geographies) or services that cross functional business lines. Interact with senior leaders within the organization and assist in the execution of various special projects which have the potential to significantly impact the organization. Work with senior management to achieve and sustain superior overall performance. Manage geographically distributed resources including off-shore contingent. Develop content for executive-level presentations and reports to communicate and achieve buy-in for strategic recommendations. Help to facilitate executive workshops and working sessions. Manage client relationships, engagement risks, and project economics including planning, budgeting, and staffing.

Requirements
- Master's degree (or higher) in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent).
- Three years of strategy development, analysis, and planning experience.
- Experience must include three years of:
- Synthesizing results of quantitative and qualitative research and analysis into implications, key trends and/or recommendations;
- Assisting with process improvement analysis;
- Developing change management and communications strategy to articulate and activate growth strategies;
- Conducting market / financial analysis and extensive primary research; and
- Developing agendas, help to facilitate working sessions and designing toolkit and workshop curriculum to develop growth strategies.
- Experience must include one year of:
- Performing market analysis and developing growth strategies for the professional services industry;
- Developing and applying appropriate methodologies for market segmentation and sizing;
- Driving market trend and competitive landscape analysis, portfolio analysis, business modeling, financial modeling, and operational analysis;
- Conducting stakeholder interviews to understand current state and potential growth strategies; and
- Mentoring and coaching analysts (both on- and off-shore), supporting their development and ownership of key deliverables and analyses.
