Deloitte Services LP seeks a Manager, Solution Architecture in Hermitage, TN.


Work You’ll Do

Collaborate with senior leadership in the area of SAP to determine scope of work, nature and timing of deliverables to support the engagement. Train junior team members on SAP issues, applicable or emerging regulations standards, and on any client business or technical knowledge required for each engagement. Manage and supervise the preparation of the overall engagement strategy and business plans for SAP engagements. Supervise and review work of subordinate team members to assure the sufficiency and proper implementation of methodologies and tools and adequacy of documentation to support the engagement opinions. Oversee the assignment of staff for each engagement and assign goals and daily tasks. Participate in the career and performance development of staff professionals by serving as a career counselor, leading training initiatives and providing timely and specific performance feedback.





  • Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent).
  • Three years of experience creating SAP functional and technical specification documents, including functional and design specifications, and unit test plans.
  • Experience must include three years of:
    • Utilizing SAP S/4 HANA and SAP ECC architecture to design and deliver solutions in accordance with business needs;
    • Utilizing cross-functional knowledge in SAP modules, including Sales and Distribution (SAP SD), Material Management (MM), Project Systems (SAP PS), and SAP Finance to enhance and propose new solutions for business requirements;
    • Building and maintaining real-time data replication solutions utilizing SAP SLT technology;
    • Creating enterprise software solutions using SAP Sales & Distribution (SAP SD), SAP Master Data Management (SAP MDM), SAP Logistics Execution and SAP Pricing;
    • Designing SAP Order to Cash by capturing and processing orders in CRM, manufacturing unit, and MRP for production loads;
    • Performing master data migration from legacy application to new SAP ERP applications;
    • Utilizing SAP ABAP to build solutions based on project requirements, including reports, enhancements to standard objects, interface programs, conversion programs, Adobe and Smart form layouts to manage output of various business documents, and workflow for automating business processes;
    • Utilizing SAP FIORI, SAP Ui5, and OData development in SAP NetWeaver gateway to build front-end solutions to improve user experience;
    • Utilizing cross-functional knowledge in SAP modules, including Sales and Distribution (SAP SD), Material Management (MM), Project Systems (SAP PS), and SAP Finance to enhance and propose new solutions for business requirements;
    • Defining, creating and maintaining electronic integration between SAP ERP and third-party, including logistic service providers, banks, customers, and suppliers; and
    • Utilizing SAP MDG in defining, creating and maintaining master data governance.
  • In the alternative, the employer is willing to accept a Bachelor's degree and five years of experience as stated above.
