Deloitte Services LP seeks a Manager, Software Solutions Specialist in Lake Mary, FL.


Work You’ll Do

Guide the direction, operations, and maintenance for SAP S/4 CTC- Engagement Accounting (WIP) Global support, including but not limited to the SAP S/4 CTC functionality of billing, creation of drafts, pro-forma, and life to date adjustments. Oversee all software development and enhancement projects and support for SAP S14 CTC-EA-WIP process thread. Execute complex build activities and integrate designs across multiple technologies and projects. Design and oversee a complex system testing environment. Confirm supportability of implementation plans. Assist clients with configuration design decisions. Monitor compliance to standardized procedures and best practices and create new policies and processes as needed. Oversee complex decisions and make recommendations to customers/clients. Work with offshore Technical Delivery Manager(s) to optimize the development resource model. Manage daily progress and status of deliverables on projects. Manage both internal teams and offshore vendor teams' project delivery plans, and ensure proper staffing. Define and direct tasks of Specialists and development teams.





  • Bachelor's (or higher) degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent).
  • Five years of experience utilizing SAP Sales and Distribution and SAP Project Systems to support and participate in the design and development of project solutions.
  • Experience must include five years of:
    • Working across all phases of Agile and Waterfall software development lifecycles for SAP Sales and Distribution and SAP Project Systems;
    • Analyzing and documenting current-state systems, processes, and environments to support project design of future-state systems, processes, and environments utilizing ASAP methodology, SAP Activate methodology, and SAP Transformation Navigator;
    • Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyzing client requirements, and translating requirements into project designs to deliver solutions utilizing SAP Solution Manager;
    • Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery and communication of updates to internal and external stakeholders;
    • Configuring and customizing billing resources, including SAP ECC 6.0 and S/4 HANA, determining pricing procedures, integrating external systems, including tax engines;
    • Designing and delivering user manuals and training to ensure successful implementation, adoption, and maintenance in client environments;
    • Implementing and supporting SAP systems; and
    • Leading and overseeing software development, enhancement, and support projects for the billing process team.
