Supporting the strategy and aspirations of the Human Capital Offering Portfolio, our Human Capital Ecosystems & Alliances team continuously senses activities in the HR technology and service provider market and collaborates with relevant solution providers to help organizations face business challenges and create value.

We are looking for a Manager, Service Provider Relationship Program to join our growing team as we identify and cultivate relationships across the Human Capital solution provider ecosystem to enable Deloitte Human Capital clients and practitioners. A primary function of this role will be to build a new relationship program to work with professional services firms and identify areas where resources align to support client needs. This person will also coach a productive team of specialists as they analyze market trends, evaluate leading providers, and calculate potential impact on client service opportunities.

Work You’ll Do:

  • Act as a secondary offering lead for Human Capital Ecosystems & Alliances in interactions with HR technology and service providers and senior firm leadership
  • Build a new relationship program with professional services firms to enable Deloitte resourcing needs (i.e., deploying contingent workers or subcontractors)
  • Develop business cases to inform the viability and impact of each potential relationship
  • Activate an existing relationship growth program for extending existing alliances into relevant Human Capital engagements
  • Create strategy storyboards and adapt messaging to various stakeholder groups
  • Accelerate the outreach to senior leaders across various industries, offering portfolios, geographies, and client teams to understand their aspirations
  • Drive internal adoption of team information, resources, and services
  • Manage relationship growth with solution providers, including addressing engagement risks and balancing project and team resources
  • Oversee the analysis of competitor programs, emerging technology trends, market sizing and outlooks, and provider segment scans
  • Serve as performance manager and coach for a distributed junior staff

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 8+ years experience in consulting, technology training or closely related
  • 3+ years focused on provider relationship management or equivalent experience working with vendors
  • 3+ years articulating the value proposition for various technology and service provider offerings
  • 3+ years translating technical information into business and sales opportunities
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
  • Ability to travel 0-20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or Master’s degree
  • Demonstrated experience building and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse set of internal and external constituencies, including senior level executives, consulting resources, technical teams, and sales representatives
  • Working knowledge of the HR technology and service provider market
  • Strong network across a variety of providers in the HR technology and service provider market
  • Experience working with professional services firms, especially as systems integrators
