Cyber Strategic Growth Offering (SGO) – Manager, Sales Excellence
The goal of the Cyber SGO is to scale existing businesses, create new businesses and experiment with emerging technology to sustain and grow our Cyber & Strategic Risk business’ current market leadership. In this role, you will join our team of experienced leaders to drive strategic go-to-market and sales initiatives within and across Deloitte’s Cyber & Strategic Risk business. You will be responsible for strategy and operations across a wide range of high-visibility projects, that drive greater marketplace effectiveness.

Work You’ll Do:
As a member of the Cyber SGO team, this manager role is primarily focused on efforts related to Sales Excellence, working with Deloitte’s Advisory business to drive impact across all Industries to accelerate their ability to win and deliver Cyber & Strategic Risk deals.
The Manager will work closely with the SGO Sales Excellence leader and team and interact with senior leaders within the SGO and across Businesses, Industries, and Enabling Areas.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations and PMO for Sales Excellence efforts, such as pipeline tracking, sales enablement, and engagement of market leadership teams
- Coordinate Sales Excellence related activities with cross-Business and cross-Industry market leaders, including providing strategic support and perspective on inbound inquiries, developing and socializing sales enablement materials, and advising RFP response teams on elevating sustainability discussions with clients
- Coordinate discussions around deal positioning, pricing strategy, and specific resources and investments needed for pursuits
- Help ensure proposed solutions address the client’s needs and expectations, with the right team and delivery model
- Coordinate with leaders on strategic decisions to ensure competitive pricing and align on pricing negotiations
- Coordinate and support special projects and strategic initiatives related to sales enablement, including content development, cross-business labs, and reporting requirements
- Help drive awareness of Cyber & Strategic Risk messaging, offerings, and assets through internal channels to targeted Account teams and Leaders
- Identify and execute sales campaigns directed at top priority sectors and accounts
- Manage regular pipeline calls with business leaders, and support monthly cadence of business and industry meetings
- Establish Deal Desk in coordination with Pursuits CoE and Sales Executive teams
- Support Sales Excellence team in developing and executing the overall workstream strategy, including tracking towards goals and metrics
- Develop executive level presentations and reports
Qualifications:
Required:
- BA/BS degree
- 5+ years of prior work experience
- Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Limited visa sponsorship may be available
Preferred:
- Market-facing sales/business development experience
- Knowledge of Cyber and other risk-related trends and challenges
- Proficiency in sales enablement and pipeline reporting
- Proficiency in developing executive level communications/presentations
- Strong executive presence with a client service mentality and ability to develop high degree of trust with key internal client base
- Ability to lead the analysis and synthesis of large sets of information, extract insights, and develop strategic recommendations
- Ability to proactively manage multiple workstreams and deliverables with aggressive due dates simultaneously
- Ability to succeed in both team-based and independent environments
- Demonstrated experience managing small teams and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver results
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
