Work you’ll do 
Provide technical services in the areas of computer hardware and software. Administers, configures, monitors and tests application servers for business and network operations. Provides suggestions and recommendations for new technology solutions. Work with senior level engineers to implement applications and technology solutions. Monitor daily data and application server backups, upgrades, and patches. Responds to and resolves any critical issues impacting production and other system environments. May serve internal or external clients.

  • Relationship Management 
  • Network Management (LAN, WAN, WLAN)

  • Hotel specific technologies
  • Audio Visual Services
  • Compliance & Security Standards
  • Communications



  • Degreed professional (Bachelors)
  • Eager to learn
  • Team oriented
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • General infrastructure skills
    • Administer and maintain Windows Server 2012/2016
    • Basic understanding of application troubleshooting
    • General understanding of cyber security practices
    • Basic understand of network topologies
  • Proficient with the following
    • Microsoft Office/365
    • Server operating systems (Windows, Linux)
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future


  • 1 -2 years of experience
  • Scripting protocols (Powershell, VBS, Python, etc.)
  • Familiar with the following
    • Cisco IOS and/or NX-OS
    • Cisco CUCM and UCCX
    • VMWare ESXi
    • HPE 3Par
    • Infor HMS and Sales & Catering platforms 
    • Guestroom technology (InfoValue/Crave/JamF MDM solution)
