About the team
The US Impact & Integration team sits within Businesses, Global, and Strategic Services (BGS). Impact & Integration partners with senior leaders and teams from across Deloitte to execute the firm’s strategy through a portfolio of strategic projects and transformation initiatives.
Work you’ll do
As a Manager on the Impact & Integration team, you will act as an internal consultant and work on a wide range of high-visibility projects, from strategy and design to management and execution. Representative topic areas include shaping Deloitte’s Future of Work, guiding our digital collaboration roadmap, and measuring the impact of our go-to-market efforts. The manager identified will initially support our firmwide Future of Work Transformation Office, helping to drive critical change management and communications efforts. The selected candidate will be expected to apply their consulting skillset, leadership mindset, and strategic thinking. Examples of your day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Serving as a communications subject matter expert, crafting outreach to key stakeholders, and supporting the broader Future of Work Transformation Office in its efforts to engage, prepare, and enable Deloitte’s organizational readiness to adopt our future ways of working
- Organizing and developing materials to enable high-visibility internal and external activities
- Developing compelling, logically structured communications, presentations and deliverables that frame issues and shape choices about our Future of Work that drive action and support adoption
- Being a thought partner to colleagues within the Future of Work team, developing relationships and establishing credibility with stakeholders, peers, and leaders
- Collaborating with various Deloitte teams (e.g., US Strategy, Innovation, Client & Market Growth, Talent, Global, etc.) and the businesses to craft integrated solutions, problem-solve roadblocks, and deliver against program objectives
- Performing, driving, and pitching analysis to senior leaders containing insights and recommendations to inform Firm decision-making and investments
- Supporting facilitation and design of meetings with various stakeholders as appropriate
- Managing and coaching junior resources as needed
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Consulting and/or professional services, with a focus on internal / external strategy, business transformation, and project management
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
- Ability to travel 0-25% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree
- Prior experience delivering strategic communications / change management services
- Prior experience organizing large-scale learning / speaking events
- Passionate about driving impact to improve the experience of our people and our business
- Curious to explore both strategic and operational talent priorities
- Energized by storytelling and developing the narrative to bring stakeholders along the journey
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity, adapting to emerging priorities and self-managing in a fast-paced environment
