Deloitte Services LP seeks a Manager, ITS Specialist in Hermitage, TN.

Work You’ll Do

Oversee and guide the work of other Finance and Controlling functional and development resources. Manage project deliverables. Demonstrate deep functional and technical experience in SAP Finance and Controlling (FI/CO), Material Ledger (ML), and Controlling of Profitability Analysis (COPA) modules and integration with travel management applications, including Concur, Coupa, and Blackline. Ensure that project needs are met by leveraging deep functional Master Data (General Ledger, Cost Center, Profit Center, Material Ledger) application skills. Communicate with internal customers on functional solutions to solve business process issues. Provide SAP project experience and guide larger teams. Architect SAP solutions for various applications, including FI/CO, ML, Master Data, COPA, Concur, Coupa, Blackline and Reporting. Perform SAP configuration and testing activities as needed on projects. Develop and integrate new business process and application designs. Develop comprehensive test plans and execute complex build activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's (or higher) degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Accounting, or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent, including a three-year foreign degree)
  • Four years of experience in designing and building technical solutions.
  • Experience must include four years of:
    • Applying advanced software development lifecycle methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile, and Kanban, to deliver architecture and technical designs for enterprise solutions, including performing functional/technical implementation with SAP/S4 FICO products and features;
    • Defining systems strategy, developing system requirements, designing and prototyping solutions, conducting testing, drafting and delivering training materials, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions;
    • Implementing software change management processes and governance;
    • Providing technology-enabled business solutions and customer interactions;
    • Analyzing complex decisions and providing recommendations to customers and/or clients;
    • Designing and implementing architecture standards, including strategy, user experience, performance, controls, stability, quality, innovation, and enterprise security requirements; and
    • Leading large teams in virtual environments on large, complex projects.
