Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Manager, Human Capital, Organization Transformation in Chicago, IL and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do

ENABLING ORGANIZATIONS TO OPERATE DIFFERENTLY IN SUPPORT OF THEIR BUSINESS STRATEGY. ORGANIZATION TRANSFORMATION CAN OCCUR AT THE ENTERPRISE, BUSINESS UNIT OR FUNCTIONAL LEVEL, INVOLVING BOTH EMPLOYERS AND PROVIDERS ACROSS THE HUMAN CAPITAL ECOSYSTEM, AND LEVERAGING BEHAVIORAL ANALYTICS, ACTUARIAL CAPABILITIES AND RESEARCH INSIGHTS TO DRIVE THE CHANGE. MANAGING DAY TO DAY INTERACTIONS WITH EXECUTIVE CLIENTS AND SPONSORS. DELIVERING COMPONENTS OF CLIENT ENGAGEMENTS THAT IDENTIFY, DESIGN, AND IMPLEMENT CREATIVE BUSINESS SOLUTIONS FOR LARGE COMPANIES. IDENTIFYING BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS, FUNCTIONAL DESIGN, PROCESS DESIGN (INCLUDING SCENARIO DESIGN, FLOW MAPPING), PROTOTYPING, TESTING, TRAINING, DEFINING SUPPORT PROCEDURES. DEVELOPING AND MAINTAINING CONTACT WITH TOP DECISION MAKERS AT KEY CLIENTS. PARTICIPATING AND LEADING ASPECTS OF THE PROPOSAL DEVELOPMENT PROCESS. CONTRIBUTING TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF PROPOSAL PRICING STRATEGIES. SELECTING THE MOST RELEVANT TOOLS/TECHNIQUES TO MEET SPECIFIC CLIENT REQUIREMENTS SUCH AS BUSINESS CASE, PRICING, OR COMPLEX FINANCIAL ANALYSIS AND INTERPRETING AND REPORTING ON OUTPUTS. PARTICIPATING IN SETTING ENGAGEMENT OBJECTIVES AND SCOPE, DEVELOPING WORK PLANS FOR COMPONENTS OF ENGAGEMENTS, COORDINATING ACTIVITIES BETWEEN WORKSTREAMS AND IDENTIFYING CHANGES IN SCOPE. CONDUCTING DETAILED ANALYSES IN FOCUSED SPECIALTY AREAS TO DRAW CONCLUSIONS, AND DEVELOPING PERTINENT AND INSIGHTFUL RECOMMENDATIONS BASED ON STRUCTURED FRAMEWORKS. EXAMINING CLIENT PRODUCTS AND HOW THEY HISTORICALLY AND CURRENTLY INTERACT WITH USERS FROM DIFFERENT DEMOGRAPHICS, AS WELL AS THE RISK POTENTIAL FOR NEGATIVE USER EXPERIENCE BASED ON IDENTITY FACTORS.

Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: MASTER'S DEGREE (OR FOREIGN EQUIVALENT) IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, ANY STEM FIELD OR A RELATED FIELD AND THREE (3) YEARS OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE IN THE JOB OFFERED OR IN A RELATED OCCUPATION. IN THE ALTERNATIVE THE EMPLOYER WILL ACCEPT A BACHELOR'S DEGREE (OR FOREIGN EQUIVALENT) AND FIVE (5) YEARS OF PROGRESSIVE RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE. MUST ALSO HAVE THREE (3) YEARS OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE INVOLVING EACH OF THE FOLLOWING: - WORKING ACROSS ALL PHASES OF THE AGILE OR WATERFALL LIFECYCLE FOR THE ANALYSIS, DESIGN, DEVELOPMENT, TESTING AND IMPLEMENTATION OF DIGITAL SOLUTIONS, LEVERAGING SAP, SAP 4/HANA, IBM ISIM AND ISAM, TRIRIGA, ADOBE EAM AND WB APPLICATIONS FOR ENTERPRISE LEVEL CLIENTS; - INTERFACING DIRECTLY WITH CLIENT STAKEHOLDERS TO GATHER ORGANIZATIONAL NEEDS, ANALYZING CLIENT REQUIREMENTS, AND TRANSLATING REQUIREMENTS INTO PROJECT DESIGNS TO DELIVER SOLUTIONS THAT SATISFY CLIENT NEEDS USING PROJECT MANAGEMENT METHODOLOGIES AND TOOLS, INCLUDING MICROSOFT VISIO, TABLEAU AND ARIS; - USING APPLICATIONS SAP, ISIM, ZAPPAR, VYOND, CAPTIVATE, CAMPTASIA, UPERFORM AND TABLEAU FOR THE DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT OF SOLUTIONS; - TRACKING AND REPORTING MILESTONES AND DELIVERABLE STATUS TO ENSURE TIMELY PROJECT DELIVERY AND COMMUNICATION OF UPDATES TO INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS USING APPLICATIONS INCLUDING MICROSOFT VISIO, JIRA AND ATLASIAN; - COORDINATING THE PROJECT RESPONSIBILITIES OF CROSS-FUNCTIONAL ONSHORE AND OFFSHORE TEAM MEMBERS TO ENSURE EFFICIENT COMPLETION OF PROJECT TASKS; - USING MICROSOFT OFFICE TOOLS, MICROSOFT PROJECT, AND SAP IN THE PERFORMANCE OF PROJECT RELATED RESPONSIBILITIES.
