Position Summary

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Manager, Enterprise Performance, Supply Chain and Network Operations in Phoenix, AZ and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally. 

Work You’ll Do 

Manage software advisory and implementation services to help bring world class Supply Chain network capabilities, operational know-how, digital technologies, advanced analytics, and industry-specific hybrid solutions. Evaluate the technology needs of an organization, developstrategies to increase the company's profitability, design and implement plans to comply with legislation, and ensure business growth. Manage and deliver components of engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business solutions for large companies. Lead aspects of the proposal development process and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Lead the execution of supply chain solution projects, including managing stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle, identifying risks, and overseeing mitigation. Research and oversee competitive benchmarking for projects.

Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Supply Chain Management, Engineering (Any), or a related field and three (3) years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelors degree in a stated field (or foreign equivalent) and five (5) years of progressive related work experience. Must also have three (3) years of related work experience involving each of the following:

Utilizing data manipulation tools including SQL (Structured Query Language) to analyzing data, determining sourcing levers, and classifying and assessing expenditures; Overseeing/Managing/Performing development and analysis for supplier negotiations and expediting request for proposals (RFPs), utilizing BATNA (Best Alternative To a Negotiated Agreement) framework and GEP SMART, Coupa, and SAP Ariba; Conducting research using Automotive News, JD Power, Nielsen, Gartner, and Spend Matters to develop benchmarks, identify market behavior and trends, research supplier market, develop competitor analysis, and analyze available tools; Implementing and planning resource development in alignment with Agile methodologies and principles, including Monte Carlo Forecasting, Scrum Principles, Story Mapping and Epics, Sprint Development, and Backlog Grooming to develop viable products; Developing functional requirements to create custom development solutions by utilizing Kinaxis and Optessa; Defining integration test scenarios, creating test data, and conducting integration testing to develop solutions; and Supporting sales activities by preparing financial models and assessing the economic viability of the project using Microsoft Excel.
