Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Manager, Enterprise Performance, Supply Chain and Network Operations in Atlanta, Georgia and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do

Managing information technology projects and advising, implementing, and operating solutions that bring world class supply network capabilities, operational know-how, digital technologies, advanced analytics, and industry-specific hybrid solutions to deliver unprecedented client value. Managing day to day interactions with executive clients and sponsors. Managing and delivering components of client engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business solutions for large companies. Responsibilities include, managing teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures. Developing and maintaining contact with top decision makers at key clients. Participating and leading aspects of the proposal development process. Contributing to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Performing role of counselor and coach; actively participating in staff recruitment and retention activities. Providing leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Synthesizing overall operations strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions. Selecting the most relevant tools/techniques to meet specific client requirements such as business case, pricing, or complex financial analysis and interpreting and reporting on outputs. Participating in setting engagement objectives and scope, developing work plans for components of engagements, coordinating activities between workstreams and identifying changes in scope. Engaging in research and analysis to measure and articulate the value of organizational activities, programs, and investments and provide actionable using methodologies to measure, govern, and evaluate performance. Providing industry insight and analytical support using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modelling tools to produce analysis and algorithms that help businesses make better decisions.

Requirements 

Masters degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field, and three (3) years of work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer is willing to accept a Bachelors degree (or foreign equivalent) in a stated field and five (5) years of progressively responsible work experience as noted above. Must have three years of experience with: Working across all phases of the Waterfall project delivery or software development lifecycle (SDLC) for the design, development, testing and implementation of Oracle Agile PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions for enterprise-level clients; Analyzing and documenting current-state systems, processes and environments to support project design of future-state/to-be systems, processes and environments using Microsoft Visio; Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyzing client requirements, and translating requirements into project designs to deliver solutions that satisfy client needs using Agile PLM, ERP and Java programming; Leading the design, configuration, customization and development of Oracle PLM systems and its integration with upstream and downstream systems based on defined business and technical requirements; Performing data standardization, profiling, cleansing and loading into Oracle PLM systems using Oracle Agile data loaders and Advanced Excel; Performing system validation and global deployment of business processes within PLM systems using HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and MS Project; Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery and communication of updates to internal and external stakeholders using MS Project, Gantt Charts and Advanced MS Excel; Leading and coordinating the project activities of onshore and offshore team members to ensure the timely and quality completion of project deliverables using MS project; Designing and delivering user manuals and training for solutions to ensure successful implementation, adoption and maintenance in client environments using business procedures.
