Position Summary

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Manager, Enterprise Performance, Supply Chain & Network Operations in Nashville, TN and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do

Manage information technology projects including software advisory and implementation services to help bring world class Supply Chain network capabilities, operational know-how, digital technologies, advanced analytics, and industry-specific hybrid solutions. Evaluate the technology needs of an organization, develop strategies to increase the company's profitability; design and implement plans to comply with legislation and ensure business growth. Manage day to day interactions with executives and sponsors; develop and maintain contact with top decision makers. Manage and deliver components of engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business solutions for large companies. Participate in aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Improve internal processes, and promote Supply Chain knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence.

Requirements 

Masters degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, any STEM field or a related field and three (3) years of work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative the employer is willing to accept a Bachelors degree and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience as noted above. Must also have three (3) years of related work experience involving each of the following:

  • Managing project teams and project delivery, tracking and resolving key issues and risks to budget, scope and resources, utilizing Microsoft (MS) Office Suite, SharePoint, and Atlassian JIRA;
  • Working across phases of the Agile and Waterfall Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) delivery models including requirements gathering, solutions design, application configuration design, business process analysis, enhancement validation, triage of defects, change requests, escalations, and resolutions of urgent issues for solutions for enterprise-level clients, utilizing MS Office Suite, SharePoint, Visio, Tableau, and JIRA;
  • Developing integration strategy and architecture recommendations for integrating Coupa with ERP software, including SAP, along with other applications in the clients landscape leveraging Application Programming Interface (API) and Flat-file integration methods; and
  • Conducting business alignment and requirement workshops to review current state supply chain processes, documenting key gaps and pain points, evaluating technology options, validating final functional and technical requirements, and analyzing and confirming future state landscape and architecture, utilizing MS Office Suite, SharePoint, Visio, and Tableau.

Additionally, must have two years of related work experience involving each of the following:

  • Managing day-to-day interactions with executives and sponsors, developing and maintaining contact with top decision makers, and participating in aspects of the RFP process, Statements of Work (SOW) development process, and proposal pricing strategies;
  • Contributing to the development of overall strategy and subject matter expertise on Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, including SAP and Coupa implementation projects for enterprise-level clients;
  • Performing role of counselor and coach and actively participating in supply chain project staff recruitment and retention activities;
  • Managing supply chain and indirect procurement transformations, utilizing Coupa and SAP Ariba, as well as working to build new strategic business relationships with software companies;
  • Leading large-scale Coupa Source-to-Pay (S2P) implementations along with other concurrent Coupa modules, including Supplier Information Management (SIM), and Coupa Analytics, across organizations globally, driving program governance and managing client and stakeholder expectations; and
  • Leading system configuration to automate business processes for strategic sourcing, contracts lifecycle management and digitization, procurement and invoicing automation, supplier onboarding and risk management, utilizing Coupa and Ariba.
  • 80% Travel required nationally.
