Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Manager, Enterprise Performance, Supply Chain And Network Operations  in Atlanta, GA and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do

SYNTHESIZE OVERALL OPERATIONS STRATEGY BY ANALYZING A WIDE VARIETY OF BUSINESS SOLUTIONS AND SELECT THE MOST RELEVANT TOOLS/TECHNIQUES TO MEET SPECIFIC CLIENT REQUIREMENTS. INTERFACE DIRECTLY WITH CLIENT STAKEHOLDERS TO GATHER FUNCTIONAL AND TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS, ANALYZE CLIENT REQUIREMENTS, AND TRANSLATE REQUIREMENTS INTO PROJECT DESIGNS TO DELIVER SOLUTIONS THAT MEET CLIENT'S NEEDS. MANAGE THE CREATION OF INNOVATIVE AND TRANSFORMATIVE TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS THAT ADDRESS NEXT GENERATIONAL NEEDS BY CREATING EFFECTIVE VISIONS, STRATEGIES, AND ROADMAPS IN DIRECT ALIGNMENT AND SUPPORT OF BUSINESS AND TECHNOLOGY. LEAD THE FUTURE-STATE BUSINESS PROCESS DISCUSSIONS AND FACILITATE WORKSHOPS TO FRAME KEY DESIGN DECISIONS. MANAGE TEAMS THAT AIM TO PROVIDE ORGANIZATION LEADERS WITH THE CAPABILITIES AND TOOLS TO BUILD FLEXIBLE, INNOVATIVE BUSINESS MODELS THAT CREATE AND CAPTURE VALUE FOR THE ORGANIZATION, SUPPORTED BY A STRONG OPERATIONS FOUNDATION. LEAD AND MANAGE ENGAGEMENT PLANNING AND BUDGETING BY DEFINING DELIVERABLE STRUCTURE, CONTENT AND DELIVERY WHILE MANAGING RISKS AND QUALITY OF DELIVERY. DEVELOP DELIVERABLES TO REFLECT ENGAGEMENT CONTRACTS AND CLIENT NEEDS, AND WORK TO IMPROVE DELIVERABLE QUALITY THOUGH VERIFICATION AND VALIDATION OF RESULTS. LEAD AND PARTICIPATE IN PROPOSAL DEVELOPMENT AND CONTRIBUTE TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF PRICING STRATEGIES FOR EXISTING PROJECT EXTENSIONS AND NEW OPPORTUNITIES. PERFORM ROLE OF COUNSELOR AND COACH, ACTIVELY PARTICIPATE IN STAFF RECRUITMENT AND RETENTION ACTIVITIES, AND PROVIDE LEADERSHIP AND SUPPORT FOR DELIVERY TEAMS AND STAFF IN LOCAL OFFICES. IMPROVE INTERNAL PROCESSES, AND PROMOTE KNOWLEDGE SHARING IN THE TEAM, BY CONTRIBUTING TO THE COMMUNITY OF PRACTICE, BLOGS, AND OTHER FORMS OF MARKET EMINENCE.

Requirements 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: REQUIRES A MASTER'S DEGREE (OR FOREIGN EQUIVALENT) IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, OR A RELATED FIELD AND THREE (3) YEARS OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE IN THE JOB OFFERED OR IN A RELATED OCCUPATION. IN THE ALTERNATIVE, THE EMPLOYER WILL ACCEPT A BACHELOR'S DEGREE (OR FOREIGN EQUIVALENT) AND FIVE (5) YEARS OF PROGRESSIVELY RESPONSIBLE RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE. MUST ALSO HAVE THREE (3) YEARS OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE INVOLVING EACH OF THE FOLLOWING: ANALYZING AND DOCUMENTING CURRENT-STATE SYSTEMS AND PROCESSES TO SUPPORT PROJECT DESIGN OF FUTURE STATE/TO-BE SYSTEMS AND PROCESSES LEVERAGING MICROSOFT (MS) POWERPOINT, VISIO, AND EXCEL; MANAGING PROJECT TEAMS AND PROJECT DELIVERY, TRACKING AND RESOLVING KEY ISSUES AND RISKS TO SCOPE AND RESOURCES, REPORTING PROJECT DELIVERABLE STATUS TO ENSURE TIMELY PROJECT DELIVERY AND COMMUNICATING UPDATES TO INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS, UTILIZING MS PROJECT; LEADING PROCESS OPTIMIZATION PROJECTS IN EFFORT TO REDUCE COSTS AND IMPROVE EFFICIENCY OF CLIENTS OPERATIONS, UTILIZING SIX SIGMA AND LEAN TOOLS, INCLUDING DMAIC (DEFINE, MEASURE, ANALYZE, IMPROVE AND CONTROL), VALUE STEAM MAPPING, AND KAIZEN; COORDINATING THE PROJECT RESPONSIBILITIES OF CROSS-FUNCTIONAL ONSHORE AND OFFSHORE TEAM MEMBERS TO ENSURE EFFICIENT COMPLETION OF PROJECT TASKS; STRUCTURING QUANTITATIVE AND QUALITATIVE BUSINESS CASE MODELS TO ESTIMATE IMPLEMENTATION COSTS OF INNOVATION AND PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS IN MS EXCEL AND MS POWERPOINT; DEVELOPING DATA VISUALIZATIONS AND ANALYSIS TO CAPTURE KEY BUSINESS INSIGHTS TO DRIVE RECOMMENDATIONS, BY LEVERAGING MS EXCEL AND TABLEAU; AND BUILDING STRUCTURES AND DEVELOPING EXECUTIVE COMMUNICATIONS IN MS POWERPOINT AND MS WORD TO SUMMARIZE AND CAPTURE KEY INSIGHTS, RECOMMENDATIONS AND CONCLUSIONS OBTAINED FROM QUANTITATIVE, QUALITATIVE, AND STRATEGIC BUSINESS ANALYSES PERFORMED FOR END CUSTOMERS.
