Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a MANAGER, ENTERPRISE PERFORMANCE, SAP in Detroit, MI and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do

DESIGNING, IMPLEMENTING, AND DELIVERING STRATEGIES TO INCREASE THE EFFICIENCY AND VALUE DELIVERED BY THE ENTERPRISE IT FUNCTION, INCLUDING IT BUSINESS MANAGEMENT, ENTERPRISE ARCHITECTURE, AND PLATFORMS. MANAGING DAY-TO-DAY INTERACTIONS WITH EXECUTIVE CLIENTS AND SPONSORS. DELIVERING COMPONENTS OF CLIENT ENGAGEMENTS THAT IDENTIFY, DESIGN, AND IMPLEMENT CREATIVE BUSINESS SOLUTIONS FOR LARGE COMPANIES. IDENTIFYING BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS, FUNCTIONAL DESIGN, PROCESS DESIGN (INCLUDING SCENARIO DESIGN, FLOW MAPPING), PROTOTYPING, TESTING, TRAINING, AND DEFINING SUPPORT PROCEDURES. CONTRIBUTING TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF PROPOSAL PRICING STRATEGIES. ACTIVELY PARTICIPATING IN STAFF RECRUITMENT AND RETENTION ACTIVITIES. PROVIDING LEADERSHIP AND SUPPORT FOR DELIVERY TEAMS AND STAFF IN LOCAL OFFICES. PARTICIPATING IN SETTING ENGAGEMENT OBJECTIVES AND SCOPE, DEVELOPING WORK PLANS FOR COMPONENTS OF ENGAGEMENTS, COORDINATING ACTIVITIES BETWEEN WORKSTREAMS, AND IDENTIFYING CHANGES IN SCOPE. PARTICIPATING IN VARIOUS ASPECTS OF THE FULL SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT LIFE CYCLE (SDLC) FOR SOFTWARE APPLICATIONS, WHICH MAY INCLUDE REQUIREMENTS GATHERING, APPLICATION CONFIGURATION DESIGN, BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYSIS (BPA), SCRIPTING, CODE DEPLOYMENTS, ENHANCEMENT VALIDATION, TRIAGE OF DEFECTS AND CHANGE REQUESTS, AND ESCALATIONS OF URGENT ISSUES. EVALUATING CLIENTS' TECHNOLOGY NEEDS, DEVELOPING CUSTOMIZED APPLICATIONS, AND DRAFTING TECHNICAL AND FUNCTIONAL DESIGN DOCUMENTATION. IDENTIFYING AND MITIGATING RISKS IN PROCESS AND TECHNOLOGY FOR CLIENT ENGAGEMENTS

Requirements 

MASTERS DEGREE OR FOREIGN EQUIVALENT IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, ANY STEM FIELD, OR A RELATED FIELD AND THREE (3) YEARS OF WORK EXPERIENCE IN THE JOB OFFERED OR IN A RELATED OCCUPATION. IN THE ALTERNATIVE THE EMPLOYER IS WILLING TO ACCEPT A BACHELORS DEGREE AND FIVE (5) YEARS OF PROGRESSIVELY RESPONSIBLE EXPERIENCE AS NOTED ABOVE. MUST ALSO HAVE THREE (3) YEARS OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE INVOLVING EACH OF THE FOLLOWING:

  • WORKING ACROSS ALL PHASES OF THE AGILE LIFECYCLE FOR THE DESIGN, DEVELOPMENT, TESTING, AND IMPLEMENTATION OF SAP ERP CENTRAL COMPONENT (ECC), S/4 HANA, AND S/4 HANA CENTRAL FINANCE (CFIN) SOLUTIONS FOR ENTERPRISE-LEVEL CLIENTS;
  • ANALYZING AND DOCUMENTING CURRENT-STATE SYSTEMS, PROCESSES AND ENVIRONMENTS TO SUPPORT PROJECT DESIGN OF FUTURE-STATE/TO-BE SYSTEMS, PROCESSES AND ENVIRONMENTS USING SAP SOLUTION MANAGER (SOLMAN), SHAREPOINT, HP QUALITY CENTER (HPQC), JIRA, ACCELERATED SAP METHODOLOGY (ASAP), MS OFFICE, AND MS PROJECT;
  • INTERFACING DIRECTLY WITH CLIENT STAKEHOLDERS TO GATHER FUNCTIONAL AND TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS, ANALYZING CLIENT REQUIREMENTS, AND TRANSLATING REQUIREMENTS INTO PROJECT DESIGNS TO DELIVER SOLUTIONS THAT SATISFY CLIENT NEEDS USING SHAREPOINT, JIRA, MS OFFICE, AND SAP S/4 HANA CLOUD SANDBOX;
  • USING SAP ASAP, AGILE, SAP CFIN, SAP FINANCE (FI), CONTROLLING (CO), PROFITABILITY ANALYSIS (CO-PA), TO SUPPORT AND PARTICIPATE IN THE DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT OF PROJECT SOLUTIONS;
  • TRACKING AND REPORTING ON PROJECT AND MILESTONE DELIVERABLE STATUS TO ENSURE TIMELY PROJECT DELIVERY AND COMMUNICATION OF UPDATES TO INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS USING MS SHAREPOINT;
  • COORDINATING THE PROJECT RESPONSIBILITIES OF CROSS-FUNCTIONAL ONSHORE AND OFFSHORE TEAM MEMBERS TO ENSURE EFFICIENT COMPLETION OF PROJECT TASKS;
  • USING HP APPLICATION LIFE CYCLE MANAGEMENT (ALM)/QUALITY CENTER (QC), SAP SOLMAN, SAP ECC, SAP S/4 HANA, SAP CFIN, AND SAP MASTER DATA TO SUPPORT AND PERFORM UNIT, SYSTEM INTEGRATION TESTING, REGRESSION, AND USER ACCEPTANCE (UAT) TESTINGS TO ENSURE SUCCESSFUL DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF PROJECT SOLUTIONS;
  • DESIGNING AND DELIVERING USER MANUALS AND TRAINING FOR SOLUTIONS TO ENSURE SUCCESSFUL IMPLEMENTATION, ADOPTION, AND MAINTENANCE IN CLIENT ENVIRONMENTS USING SAP ECC, SAP S/4 HANA, SAP CFIN, AGILE METHODOLOGY, SAP FI, CO, ACCOUNTS PAYABLE (AP), ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE (AR), ASSET ACCOUNTING (AA), AND CO-PA;
  • SUPPORTING BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES, INCLUDING PROPOSAL DEVELOPMENT AND RESPONSES TO REQUESTS FOR PROPOSALS (RFPS).
  • 80% Travel required nationally.
