Position Summary

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Manager, Enterprise Performance, SAP in Pleasanton, California and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do 

Manage information technology projects including development and implementation services to address manufacturing, financial, human resources, customer relationship management, supply chain, and other business needs throughout the enterprise, utilizing sap products. Manage day to day interactions with executives and sponsors; develop and maintain contact with top decision makers. Manage and deliver components of engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business solutions for large companies. Responsibilities include, managing teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures of sap modules. Participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for teams and staff in local offices. Improve internal processes, and promote knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the sap community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence. Evaluate the technology needs of an organization, developing strategies to increase the company's profitability; design and implement plans to comply with legislation and ensure business growth.

Requirements 

Masters degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field and three (3) years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative the employer is willing to accept a bachelors degree (or foreign equivalent) and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience. Must have three (3) years of experience with:

  • Managing information technology projects including development and implementation services to address customer relationship management business needs throughout enterprise resource planning, utilizing sap s/4hana order to cash (otc/o2c) and sap hana platform services and managing day to day interactions with executives and sponsors and developing and maintaining contact with key decision makers;
  • Managing and delivering components of engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business solutions for large companies, utilizing hp application lifecycle management (alm), microsoft power bi, advanced microsoft excel and microsoft powerpoint;
  • Tracking application defects and managing defect resolution efforts and documenting resolution details, utilizing hp alm, microsoft power bi and advanced microsoft excel;
  • Conducting training sessions to facilitate sap systems knowledge transfer, including creating training materials and reference guides;
  • Managing full life cycle implementations of complex deliverables by leveraging advanced ms excel, microsoft power bi and ms visio and building custom applications using sap s/4hana order to cash and sap hana platform services; and
  • Managing and delivering components of client engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business solutions for large companies utilizing agile sprint planning and waterfall methodologies to implement data mapping, data migration, and data visualization projects.
