Position Summary

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Manager, Enterprise Performance, SAP in Dallas, Texas and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally. 

 

Work You’ll Do 

Work with the team to understand the business process requirements from the materials and warehouse management and master data perspective and map it to SAP business process. Conduct business blueprint workshops to understand the business process and understand what business process can be mapped directly to SAP and identifying gaps which cannot be mapped directly. Collect all the gaps at the end of business blueprint workshops and create functional specifications which shows details of the gaps which need to be developed in SAP through the technical development process. Analyze industry print and map various business processes to SAP using Architecture of Integrated Information Systems (ARIS). Configure the SAP system for materials and warehouse management functionalities per business process and document the system configuration steps to address various processes in SAP. Perform Fit Gap analysis and support the business teams and technical team in transforming the business gaps into functional specification document (FRICEW objects). Document test cases in form of test scripts using project templates and upload them in HPQC and test the configured system to check the impact and readiness of the business processes. Develop BPML plan and schedule for unit and string testing of SAP supply chain processes which includes SAP HANA Source to Pay (S2P), Warehouse Management and Master data modules Conduct unit testing, string testing, integration testing, interface testing, user acceptance testing, regression testing, and performance load testing to test the system configuration and system performance. Work with change management team to train the end users by preparing the training manual, conducting training workshops and address the queries raised by end user and explain the business processes and how it will work in SAP. Identify the master data and transactional data which needs to be updated in SAP system. Perform master data cleansing activity to ensure that the data is accurate, and no duplicate data exist in the upload file. Upload all the master data and transactional data in SAP and validate that all the data is updated correctly in SAP system. Assist during first live transactions to ensure that the various business processes are executed correctly in SAP. Resolve any defects so ensure smooth running of business operations. Develop Knowledge Transition plan and conduct Knowledge Transition sessions for support team to ensure they can handle the business processes effectively.

Requirements 

Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, any STEM field or a related field and three (3) years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer is willing to accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and five (5) years of progressively responsible related work experience. Must have three (3) years of related work experience involving each of the following:

  • Working across all phases of the SAP software development lifecycles from design, development, testing, deployment and maintenance of SAP Source to pay (S2P/MM) and Master Data Governance (MDG) solutions for enterprise-level clients and cross-functional exposure to Sales and Distribution (SD), Production Planning and Finance;
  • Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyzing and documenting current state systems, current processes, client requirements, and translating requirements into project designs to deliver solutions that fully meet client needs using Project Design Documents (PDD) and Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM);
  • Using Architecture of Integrated Information Systems (ARIS), SAP Solution Manager, SAP S/4 and SAP MDG to support, participate in and lead the design and deployment of project solutions;
  • Leading design review sessions on SAP Source to Pay and Master Data Governance to implement globally scalable SAP solutions, collaborate on cross-platform solutions and developing and integrating Master Data Administration applications across ERP components to manage organizations data;
  • Using MF Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) to support, perform and oversee Unit Testing, Integration Testing, Regression Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure successful design and implementation of project solutions;
  • Managing teams of professional subordinates in the execution of SAP implementation projects for end clients and coordinating the project activities of onshore and offshore cross-functional team members to ensure the timely and quality completion of project deliverables; and
  • Supporting business development activities, including proposal development and responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
