Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Manager, Enterprise Performance, SAP in Atlanta, GA and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do

MANAGE SAP SOFTWARE ADVISORY AND IMPLEMENTATION SERVICES TO HELP COMPANIES UNLOCK THE VALUE OF TECHNOLOGY INVESTMENTS AS DISCRETE SERVICES OR COMPREHENSIVE SOLUTIONS. MANAGE THE OVERALL PROJECT STRATEGY BY ANALYZING A WIDE VARIETY OF BUSINESS SOLUTIONS; SELECT THE MOST RELEVANT SAP TOOLS/TECHNIQUES TO MEET SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS SUCH AS BUSINESS CASE, PRICING, OR COMPLEX FINANCIAL ANALYSIS AND INTERPRETING AND REPORTING ON OUTPUTS. MANAGE DAY TO DAY INTERACTIONS WITH EXECUTIVES AND SPONSORS; DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN CONTACT WITH TOP DECISION MAKERS. MANAGE AND DELIVER COMPONENTS OF CLIENT ENGAGEMENTS WHICH IDENTIFY, DESIGN AND IMPLEMENT SAP TECHNOLOGY AND CREATIVE BUSINESS SOLUTIONS FOR LARGE COMPANIES. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, MANAGING TEAMS IN IDENTIFICATION OF BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS, FUNCTIONAL DESIGN, PROCESS DESIGN (INCLUDING SCENARIO DESIGN AND FLOW MAPPING), PROTOTYPING, TESTING, TRAINING, AND DEFINING SUPPORT PROCEDURES. PARTICIPATE AND LEAD ASPECTS OF THE PROPOSAL DEVELOPMENT PROCESS, DEVELOPMENT OF PROPOSAL PRICING STRATEGIES AND PROVIDE LEADERSHIP FOR DELIVERY TEAMS AND STAFF IN LOCAL OFFICES. OVERSEE TRANSLATING SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS INTO FUNCTIONAL DESIGN, INCLUDING THE USE OF OBJECT ORIENTED ANALYSIS AND DESIGN TECHNIQUES. LEAD THE INTEGRATION OF APPLICATIONS WITH EACH OTHER AND CONTINUOUSLY OPTIMIZE SYSTEM STRUCTURE TO IMPROVE STABILITY AND PERFORMANCE.

Requirements

MASTER'S DEGREE (OR FOREIGN EQUIVALENT) IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, ANY STEM FIELD OR A RELATED FIELD AND THREE (3) YEARS OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE IN THE JOB OFFERED OR IN A RELATED OCCUPATION. IN THE ALTERNATIVE THE EMPLOYER WILL ACCEPT A BACHELOR'S DEGREE (OR FOREIGN EQUIVALENT) AND FIVE (5) YEARS OF PROGRESSIVE RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE. MUST ALSO HAVE THREE (3) YEARS OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE INVOLVING EACH OF THE FOLLOWING: LEAD AND MANAGE THE DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT OF SOLUTIONS IN SUPPLY CHAIN DOMAIN LEVERAGING SAP MODULES/SUB-MODULES OF EXTENDED WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT (EWM), WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT (WM), INVENTORY MANAGEMENT (IM) AND ENCOMPASSING MASTER DATA DESIGN; PROVIDE BUSINESS PROCESS DESIGN, APPLICATION DESIGN, CONFIGURATION, DATA ARCHITECTURE, CONSULTING, AND OPTIMIZATION; INTERACT WITH THE BUSINESS AND IT TEAMS TO ENSURE ALIGNMENT OF THE SUPPLY CHAIN SOLUTION DESIGN WITH BUSINESS STRATEGY AND OBJECTIVES; PARTICIPATE IN IDENTIFICATION OF BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS, FUNCTIONAL DESIGN USING SAP, PROCESS DESIGN (INCLUDING SCENARIO DESIGN AND FLOW MAPPING), PROTOTYPING, TESTING, TRAINING AND DEFINING SUPPORT PROCEDURES; DEVELOP BUSINESS RELATIONSHIPS AND INTEGRATE ACTIVITIES WITH OTHER DEPARTMENTS TO ENSURE SUCCESSFUL IMPLEMENTATION OF PROJECTS; MANAGE AND DELIVER COMPONENTS OF SAP EWM SOLUTIONS EXECUTING THE DESIGN, APPLICATION CONFIGURATION DESIGN, TESTING, TROUBLESHOOTING, ROLL-OUT, AND POST IMPLEMENTATION SUPPORT; REVIEWING AND PROVIDING FEEDBACK ON TEST CONDITIONS AND TEST SCRIPTS, TRACKING APPLICATION DEFECTS USING DEFECT TRACKING TOOL HP QUALITY CENTER (QC), COORDINATE DEFECT RESOLUTION AND DOCUMENT RESOLUTION DETAILS,
