Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Manager, Enterprise Performance, SAP in Dallas, TX  and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

 

Work You’ll Do 

MANAGE SAP SOFTWARE ADVISORY AND IMPLEMENTATION SERVICES TO HELP COMPANIES UNLOCK THE VALUE OF TECHNOLOGY INVESTMENTS AS DISCRETE SERVICES OR COMPREHENSIVE SOLUTIONS. MANAGE THE OVERALL PROJECT STRATEGY BY ANALYZING A WIDE VARIETY OF BUSINESS SOLUTIONS, SELECTING THE MOST RELEVANT SAP TOOLS/TECHNIQUES TO MEET SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS SUCH AS BUSINESS CASE, PRICING, OR COMPLEX FINANCIAL ANALYSIS AND INTERPRETING AND REPORTING ON OUTPUTS. MANAGE DAY TO DAY INTERACTIONS WITH EXECUTIVES AND SPONSORS AND DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN CONTACT WITH TOP DECISION MAKERS. MANAGE AND DELIVER COMPONENTS OF ENGAGEMENTS, WORK TO IMPROVE COMPANY'S ABILITY TO REACT IN A DIGITAL WORLD AND ENABLE SCALABILITY, REMOVE PERFORMANCE BARRIERS, ENABLE INNOVATION, MODERNIZE CORE SYSTEMS AND REIMAGINE COMPANY'S BUSINESS WITH SAP DIGITAL SOLUTIONS. PARTICIPATE AND LEAD ASPECTS OF THE PROPOSAL DEVELOPMENT PROCESS AND CONTRIBUTE TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF PROPOSAL PRICING STRATEGIES. PERFORM ROLE OF COUNSELOR AND COACH, ACTIVELY PARTICIPATE IN STAFF RECRUITMENT AND RETENTION ACTIVITIES, AND PROVIDE LEADERSHIP AND SUPPORT FOR DELIVERY TEAMS AND STAFF IN LOCAL OFFICES. IMPROVE INTERNAL PROCESSES AND PROMOTE SAP KNOWLEDGE SHARING IN THE TEAM BY CONTRIBUTING TO THE COMMUNITY OF PRACTICE, BLOGS, AND OTHER FORMS OF MARKET EMINENCE. EVALUATE THE TECHNOLOGY NEEDS OF AN ORGANIZATION, DEVELOP STRATEGIES TO INCREASE THE COMPANY'S PROFITABILITY, AND DESIGN AND IMPLEMENT PLANS TO COMPLY WITH LEGISLATION AND ENSURE BUSINESS GROWTH.

Requirements 

MASTER'S DEGREE (OR FOREIGN EQUIVALENT) IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, ANY STEM DEGREE, OR A RELATED FIELD AND THREE (3) YEARS OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE IN THE JOB OFFERED OR IN A RELATED OCCUPATION. IN THE ALTERNATIVE, THE EMPLOYER WILL ACCEPT A BACHELOR'S DEGREE (OR FOREIGN EQUIVALENT) AND FIVE (5) YEARS OF PROGRESSIVE RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE. MUST ALSO HAVE THREE (3) YEARS OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE INVOLVING EACH OF THE FOLLOWING:

  • LEADING LARGE-SCALE SAP S/4HANA (HIGH-PERFORMANCE ANALYTIC APPLIANCE) AND SAP ENTERPRISE HANA IMPLEMENTATIONS ACROSS ORGANIZATIONS GLOBALLY, DRIVING PROGRAM GOVERNANCE AND MANAGING CLIENT AND STAKEHOLDER EXPECTATIONS;
  • CREATING PROJECT PLANS, ESTIMATES, RESOURCE PLANS, CHANGE AND RISK MANAGEMENT PLANS FOR GLOBAL S/4HANA IMPLEMENTATION PROJECTS USING MICROSOFT (MS) PROJECT;
  • MANAGING TEAMS OF PROFESSIONAL SUBORDINATES IN THE EXECUTION OF SAP S/4HANA IMPLEMENTATION PROJECTS FOR END CLIENTS;
  • USING AGILE AND HYBRID AGILE METHODOLOGIES IN THE CAPACITY MANAGEMENT PROCESS AND PREPARING USER STORIES WHILE LEVERAGING JIRA AND ALM OCTANE TOOLS;
  • PERFORMING DATA MIGRATION OF LARGE-SCALE S/4HANA IMPLEMENTATIONS USING SAP BUSINESS OBJECTS DATA SERVICES (SAP BODS) AND MANAGING DATA QUALITY USING SAP LNFORMATION STEWARD;
  • DESIGNING AND ARCHITECTING COMPLEX INBOUND AND OUTBOUND INTERFACES BETWEEN S/4HANA AND LEGACY SOURCES USING SAP SLT (SAP LANDSCAPE TRANSFORMATION), LNFORMATICA, SAP SMART DATA LNTEGRATION (SDL) AND SAP PL {PROCESS LNTEGRATION);
  • DESIGNING, BUILDING AND DEPLOYING COMPLEX PROJECTS USING SAP BW {BUSINESS WAREHOUSE}, SAP HANA, SAP ABAP AND SAP ANALYSIS FOR OFFICE TO INTEGRATE PROCESS AREAS INCLUDING ORDER TO CASH (OTC), ACQUIRE TO RETIRE, PROCURE TO PAY, RECORD TO REPORT AND GROUP REPORTING;
  • DELIVERING EXECUTIVE DASHBOARDS USING SAP ANALYTICS CLOUD AND SAP DIGITAL BOARDROOM WITH DETAILED ANALYSIS ON SAP BUSINESS OBJECTS (SAP BO) PLATFORM FOR CLIENT LEADERS TO ACTIVELY MONITOR THEIR BUSINESSES IN REAL-TIME; AND
  • PERFORMING STRATEGIC IMPLEMENTATIONS OF ARTIFICIAL LNTELLIGENCE AND MACHINE LEARNING CAPABILITIES USING TENSORFLOW ON GOOGLE BIGQUERY AND SAP PREDICTIVE ANALYTICS ON SAP HANA TO ANALYZE LARGE DATASETS WITHIN THE ORGANIZATION TO PREDICT FUTURE OUTCOMES AND CUSTOMER BEHAVIORS BASED ON HISTORICAL INFORMATION.
