Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Manager, Enterprise Performance, SAP in Dallas, TX and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do

Drive business transformation and on-going operations and maintenance services for the full suite of SAP software solutions. Work across all phases of the Agile and Waterfall lifecycle for designing, developing, testing, and implementing SAP solutions for enterprise-level clients. Deliver components of engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business solutions for large public sector companies. Identify business requirements, define support procedures, and perform functional design, scenario design, flow mapping, prototyping, testing, and training. Developing and maintaining contact with top decision makers at key clients and participating and leading aspects of the proposal development process. Provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Synthesize overall operations strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions. Select the most relevant tools and techniques to meet specific client requirements such as business case, pricing, or complex financial analysis, and interpreting and reporting on outputs. Participate in various aspects of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for software applications, which may include requirements gathering, application configuration design, business process analysis, scripting, code development and deployments, enhancement validation, triage of defects and change requests, escalations, and urgent issues. Evaluate technology needs, develop customized applications, and draft technical and functional design documentation. Define systems strategy and develop system requirements; design, prototype, and test custom technology solutions; and support system implementation. Analyze and document current-state systems, processes, and environments to support project design of future-state/to-be systems, processes, and environments using Microsoft (MS) Excel, MS Project, MS PowerPoint, MS Visio, and various SAP modules. Coordinate the project activities of onshore and offshore team members to ensure the timely and quality completion of project deliverables.

Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, any STEM field or a related field. Three years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative the employer is willing to accept a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent and five years of progressively responsible experience as noted above. Must have three years of experience with:

  • Utilizing SAP ABAP (Advanced Business Application Programming), SAP FM (Funds Management), SAP AA (Asset Accounting), SAP MM (Materials Management), SAP GM (Grants Management), SAP PR (Procurement), SAP WM (Warehouse Management), SAP GL (General Ledger), SAP PSCD (Public Sector Collections and Disbursements), SAP FICO (Finance and Cost Controlling), SAP AP (Accounts Payable), SAP AR (Accounts Receivable), and SAP SCM (Supply Chain Management) to build efficient migration and cutover strategies for project planning and executions;
  • Working across multiple functional projects to understand data usage and implications for data migration;
  • Working with project teams to identify, define, collate, document, and communicate data migration requirements, manage risks, monitor potential impacts throughout data migration plans, and initiate appropriate interventions when cutovers may be jeopardized;
  • Preparing data migration plans including migration risk, milestones, quality, contingency, and business sign-off details using tools including SAP BODS (BusinessObjects Data Services);
  • Developing detailed cutover checklists and project plans incorporating technical, operations, and business tasks, while assuming responsibility for maintaining the cutover project plans as per the cutover standards, utilizing Microsoft (MS) Project;
  • Executing detailed project management of the cutover and conversion deliverables to new systems, and resolving discrepancies or process issues related to cutover, utilizing MS Project Plan;
  • Performing data migration audits, reconciliation and exception reporting, source system data analyses to manage source-to-target data mapping, and the migration and testing of static data and transaction data between core systems, utilizing tools including SAP BODS (BusinessObjects Data Services);
  • Developing command center logistics, communication and escalation plans, and command center documentation including policies, procedures, and downtime processes, utilizing Microsoft (MS) Excel and Microsoft (MS) PowerPoint;
  • 80% travel required nationally.
