Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Manager, Enterprise Performance, SAP in Atlanta, GA and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do

Manage SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning) software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Manage the overall project strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions, selecting the most relevant SAP tools/techniques to meet specific requirements such as business case, pricing, or complex financial analysis and interpreting and reporting on outputs.  Manage day to day interactions with executives and sponsors and develop and maintain contact with top decision makers. Participate and lead aspects of SAP IBP proposal development process and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Improve internal processes, and promote SAP IBP knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence. Manage the project activities of onshore and offshore team members to ensure timely completion and high quality of project deliverables. Use SAP Integrated Business Planning modules including Demand, S&OP (Sales and Operation Planning), IBP Control Tower, Inventory, Response and Supply to design supply chain solutions for enterprise clients. Design, deliver, and oversee the integration of SAP Integrated Business Planning application with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems (SAP and non-SAP), transactional systems and business warehouses using SAP Cloud Platform Integration technology. Lead and support business development activities, including proposal development and responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs). Design and deliver user manuals and trainings for solutions to ensure successful implementation, adoption and maintenance in client environments using Microsoft Office tools for SAP Integrated Business Planning and SAP Cloud Platform Integration applications. Analyze and document current-state systems, processes and environments to support project design of future-state/to-be systems, processes and environments using Microsoft Office tools, including Advanced Excel and MS Visio.

Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering (Any), or a related field and three (3) years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in a stated field and five (5) years of progressive related work experience. Must also have three (3) years of related work experience involving each of the following:

  • Implementing software and strategy using SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning) modules including: Demand, S&OP (Sales and Operation Planning), Inventory Optimization, Control Tower, and Response and Supply;
  • Developing custom solutions in SAP IBP using LCODE for complex calculations;
  • Implementing automated cost models to be used in SAP IBP for demand fulfillment and target inventory fulfillment using the SAP Supply & Response module;
  • Designing interfaces using SAP Cloud Platform Integration for the integration of SAP IBP with other ERP and transaction systems including SAP ERP Central Component (SAP ECC), SAP S/4, Oracle E-Business Suite (Oracle EBS) and JDA;
  • Designing collaborative Integrated Business Planning processes using SAP IBP Process Modeling application and SAP JAM Collaboration; and
  • Designing common data models that can support SAP IBP Demand Planning and Supply Planning for tactical, operational and strategic planning using SAP IBP.
