Work You’ll Do

DRIVING BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION AND ON-GOING OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR THE FULL SUITE OF SAP SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS. DELIVERING COMPONENTS OF CLIENT ENGAGEMENTS THAT IDENTIFY, DESIGN, AND IMPLEMENT CREATIVE BUSINESS SOLUTIONS FOR LARGE COMPANIES. IDENTIFYING BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS, FUNCTIONAL DESIGN, PROCESS DESIGN (INCLUDING SCENARIO DESIGN, FLOW MAPPING), PROTOTYPING, TESTING, TRAINING, DEFINING SUPPORT PROCEDURES. DEVELOPING AND MAINTAINING CONTACT WITH TOP DECISION MAKERS AT KEY CLIENTS; PARTICIPATING AND LEADING ASPECTS OF THE PROPOSAL DEVELOPMENT PROCESS. CONTRIBUTING TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF PROPOSAL PRICING STRATEGIES. SYNTHESIZING OVERALL OPERATIONS STRATEGY BY ANALYZING A WIDE VARIETY OF BUSINESS SOLUTIONS. SELECTING THE MOST RELEVANT TOOLS/TECHNIQUES TO MEET SPECIFIC CLIENT REQUIREMENTS SUCH AS BUSINESS CASE, PRICING, OR COMPLEX FINANCIAL ANALYSIS AND INTERPRETING AND REPORTING ON OUTPUTS. PARTICIPATING IN SETTING ENGAGEMENT OBJECTIVES AND SCOPE, DEVELOPING WORK PLANS FOR COMPONENTS OF ENGAGEMENTS, COORDINATING ACTIVITIES BETWEEN WORKSTREAMS AND IDENTIFYING CHANGES IN SCOPE. PARTICIPATING IN VARIOUS ASPECTS OF THE FULL SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT LIFECYCLE FOR SOFTWARE APPLICATIONS, INCLUDING REQUIREMENTS GATHERING, APPLICATION CONFIGURATION DESIGN, BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYSIS, SCRIPTING, CODE DEPLOYMENTS, ENHANCEMENT VALIDATION, TRIAGE OF DEFECTS AND CHANGE REQUESTS, ESCALATIONS AND URGENT ISSUES. EVALUATING CLIENTS' TECHNOLOGY NEEDS, DEVELOPING CUSTOMIZED APPLICATIONS AND DRAFT TECHNICAL AND FUNCTIONAL DESIGN DOCUMENTATION. IDENTIFYING AND MITIGATING RISKS IN PROCESS AND TECHNOLOGY FOR CLIENT ENGAGEMENTS. DEFINING SYSTEMS STRATEGY, DEVELOPING SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS, DESIGNING, PROTOTYPING, AND TESTING CUSTOM TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS, AND SUPPORTING SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION. DEVELOPING DASHBOARD WIREFRAMES AND DESIGN REQUIREMENTS BASED ON DISCUSSION WITH AN UNDERSTANDING OF TECHNICAL AND VISUAL DESIGN CONSIDERATIONS. DEVELOPING AND MAINTAINING PROJECT DELIVERABLES FOR CLIENTS FOR ALL PHASES OF THE SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT LIFECYCLE TO SUBSTANTIALLY BUILD THE SYSTEM FUNCTIONALITIES. RESEARCHING USER REPORTED ISSUES WITH SOFTWARE APPLICATIONS, IDENTIFYING ROOT CAUSES AND RESOLUTIONS, IMPLEMENTING FIXES, AND LIAISING BETWEEN BUSINESS FUNCTIONS, END USERS, AND TECHNICAL DELIVERY TEAMS. PREPARING THE RFP RESPONSES AND PROPOSALS BY ANALYZING THE CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS. DEVELOPING RESOURCES AND MATERIAL ESTIMATES USING PROJECT ESTIMATIONS AND PLANNING. CREATING PRICING ESTIMATES FOR THE CUSTOMER PROPOSALS BASED ON CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS AND PAIN POINTS. CONCEPTUALIZING AND DESIGNING SOLUTIONS BASED ON BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS AND MANAGING THE WORK-STREAMS WITH FUNCTIONAL AND TECHNICAL TEAMS TO DEVELOP CUSTOMIZED SOLUTIONS. CONDUCTING BUSINESS BLUEPRINT WORKSHOPS TO CAPTURE THE BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS AND CONFIGURING THE SOLUTION. DEVELOPING THE BUSINESS PROCESS MODELS BASED ON THE CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS. CREATING SPECIFICATION DOCUMENTS AND BUSINESS PROCESS GUIDES FOR THE PROPOSED SOLUTIONS FOR ENTERPRISE-LEVEL CLIENTS. USING SAP SALES & DISTRIBUTION (SD) AND SAP PRICING & PROMOTIONS FOR SALES ORDER MANAGEMENT AND PRICING. PERFORMING DATA ANALYSIS AND CREATING DASHBOARD FOR EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP REPORTING. PERFORMING PRODUCT DESIGN, SALES FEATURE PLANNING, IDENTIFICATION OF PRODUCT GAPS, ROADMAP PLANNING, FEATURE PRICINGS AND PRODUCT PRICING DESIGN.

Requirements

MASTER'S DEGREE OR FOREIGN EQUIVALENT DEGREE IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, ANY STEM DEGREE, OR A RELATED FIELD AND THREE (3) YEARS OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE IN THE JOB OFFERED OR IN A RELATED OCCUPATION. IN THE ALTERNATIVE, THE EMPLOYER WILL ACCEPT A BACHELORS DEGREE (OR FOREIGN EQUIVALENT) AND FIVE (5) YEARS OF PROGRESSIVE RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE.
