Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Manager, Enterprise Performance, Oracle in Dallas, TX and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do

Manage Oracle software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Manage the overall project strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions; select the most relevant Oracle tools/techniques to meet specific requirements such as business case, pricing, or complex financial analysis and interpreting and reporting on outputs. Manage day-to-day interactions with executives and sponsors and develop and maintain contact with top decision makers. Manage and deliver components of engagements; improve the ability to react in the digital world and enable innovation and scalability, remove performance barriers, modernize core systems and reimagine their business with Oracle digital solutions. Participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Improve internal processes and promote Oracle knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence.

Requirements 

REQUIRES A MASTER'S DEGREE (OR FOREIGN EQUIVALENT) IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, ANY STEM DEGREE, OR A RELATED FIELD AND THREE (3) YEARS OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE IN THE JOB OFFERED OR IN A RELATED OCCUPATION. IN THE ALTERNATIVE, THE EMPLOYER WILL ACCEPT A BACHELOR'S DEGREE (OR FOREIGN EQUIVALENT) AND FIVE (5) YEARS OF PROGRESSIVELY RESPONSIBLE RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE. MUST ALSO HAVE THREE (3) YEARS OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE INVOLVING EACH OF THE FOLLOWING:

  • MANAGING ORACLE FINANCIAL CLOUD IMPLEMENTATION SERVICES FOR THE RETAIL AND CONSUMER PRODUCTS INDUSTRIES; SPECIALIZING IN ACCOUNTS PAYABLES, PROCUREMENT, MDM (MASTER DATA MANAGEMENT) MODULES AND ORDER MANAGEMENT;
  • MANAGING OVERALL PROJECT STRATEGY BY ANALYZING A WIDE VARIETY OF BUSINESS SOLUTIONS AND SELECTING THE MOST RELEVANT ORACLE TOOLS AND TECHNIQUES TO MEET SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS SUCH AS BUSINESS CASE, PRICING, AND COMPLEX FINANCIAL ANALYSIS, AND INTERPRETING AND REPORTING ON OUTPUTS;
  • PARTICIPATING IN AND LEADING ASPECTS OF THE PROPOSAL DEVELOPMENT PROCESS AND CONTRIBUTING TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF PROPOSAL PRICING STRATEGIES;
  • CONDUCTING RETAIL INDUSTRYS PROCURE TO PAY BUSINESS PROCESS WORKSHOPS, UTILIZING CONFERENCE ROOM PILOT (CRP) TO UNDERSTAND CURRENT BUSINESS PROCESSES AND OUTLINE FUTURE PROCESSES IN ORDER MANAGEMENT, ORACLE PROCUREMENT, ACCOUNT PAYABLES, AND PRODUCT HUB;
  • DEVELOPING FUNCTIONAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR CUSTOM DEVELOPMENTS, AND INTERFACING WITH EXTERNAL SYSTEMS, INCLUDING LICENSE HQ, DOCUSIGN, KOFAX, C2FO, VARIOUS BANKS GLOBALLY AND LEGACY MAINFRAME APPLICATIONS VIA ORACLE PROCUREMENT, ACCOUNT PAYABLES, PRODUCT HUB, UTILIZING DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT TOOLS, INCLUDING MICROSOFT (MS) TEAMS, PROJECT MANAGEMENT CENTER (PMC), JIRA, AND VISUAL SOURCESAFE;
  • MANAGING ALL PHASES OF SOLUTION IMPLEMENTATION INCLUDING REQUIREMENTS GATHERING, DESIGNING FUTURE-STATE BUSINESS PROCESS MODEL, FIT AND GAP ANALYSIS, FUNCTIONAL DESIGN, TESTING, CONFIGURATION MANAGEMENT, DATA CONVERSIONS, AND END-USER TRAINING;
  • PERFORMING ORACLE PROCUREMENT, ACCOUNT PAYABLES, PRODUCT HUB PRODUCTION ROLLOUTS AND PROVIDING POST-PRODUCTION HYPERCARE SUPPORT AND DEFECT RESOLUTION, UTILIZING INFRA TOOL FOR TICKET MANAGEMENT;
  • INTERFACING DIRECTLY WITH CLIENT STAKEHOLDERS TO GATHER FUNCTIONAL AND TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS, ANALYZE, AND TRANSLATE REQUIREMENTS INTO PROJECT DESIGNS, WRITING FUNCTIONAL AND TECHNICAL SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS AND USE CASES, CREATING PROCESS FLOW DIAGRAMS USING MS VISIO AND FINALIZING SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS, UTILIZING INDUSTRY BEST PRACTICES;
  • TRACKING AND REPORTING ON PROJECT AND MILESTONE DELIVERABLE STATUS TO ENSURE TIMELY PROJECT DELIVERY AND COMMUNICATING UPDATES TO INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS UTILIZING EXECUTIVE STATUS REPORTING;
  • COORDINATING THE PROJECT RESPONSIBILITIES OF CROSS-FUNCTIONAL ONSHORE AND OFFSHORE TEAM MEMBERS TO ENSURE EFFICIENT COMPLETION OF PROJECT TASKS.
