Position Summary

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Manager, Enterprise Performance, Oracle in Dallas, Texas and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally. 

 

Work You’ll Do 

Manage Oracle software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Manage the overall project strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions; select the most relevant Oracle tools/techniques to meet specific requirements such as business case, pricing, or complex financial analysis and interpreting and reporting on outputs. Manage day-to-day interactions with executives and sponsors and develop and maintain contact with top decisionmakers. Manage and deliver components of engagements; improve the ability to react in the digital world and enable innovation and scalability, remove performance barriers, modernize core systems and reimagine their business with Oracle digital solutions. Participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Improve internal processes and promote Oracle knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence.

  • 80% travel required nationally.

Requirements 

Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field or a related field. Must have three (3)  years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and five (5) years of progressive related work experience. Candidate must also have three (3) years of related work experience involving each of the following: 

  • Managing Oracle software advisory and implementation services for the energy, engineering, and construction industries;
  • Participating in and leading aspects of the proposal development process and contributing to the development of proposal pricing strategies;
  • Managing all phases of the Agile and Hybrid project delivery and software implementation lifecycle to design, develop, test, and implement Oracle solutions for enterprise-level clients;
  • Conducting finance and project accounting business process workshops, utilizing Clarizen, Confluence, ARIS, Visio, and Signavio to understand current business processes and outline future processes in Oracle Projects, Finance, and Supply Chain;
  • Conducting assessments of current legacy systems and business architecture, utilizing gap analysis templates to design Oracle Projects, Finance, and Supply Chain system landscapes;
  • Developing functional specifications for custom developments, and interfacing with external systems, including Oracle Projects, Finance, Supply Chain and legacy Finance and Supply Chain functions via Oracle PPM, Financials and SCM solutions utilizing document management tools, JIRA, Confluence, and HP ALM; and
  • Managing all phases of solution implementation including requirements gathering, designing future-state business process model, fit-gap analysis, functional design, testing, configuration management, data conversions, and end-user training.
