Position Summary

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Manager, Enterprise Performance, Oracle in Tampa, FL and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do

Manage Oracle software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Manage the overall project strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions, select the most relevant Oracle tools and techniques to meet specific requirements including business case, pricing, or complex financial analysis, and interpret and report on outputs. Manage and deliver components of engagements, improve the ability to react in the digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, modernize core systems, and reimagine their business with Oracle digital solutions. Develop solutions to client problems by assessing, analyzing, and diagnosing the interactions between key drivers. Perform assessments of existing information systems and identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities. Drive business transformations, on-going operations, and maintenance services for Oracle software solutions. Participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies.

Requirements

Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (any), or a related field and three (3) years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelors degree (or foreign equivalent) and five (5) years of progressive related work experience. Must also have three (3) years of related work experience involving each of the following:       D

  • ESIGNING OVERALL HUMAN CAPITAL MANAGEMENT (HCM) AND FINANCIAL IMPLEMENTATIONS IN COMPLEX INTEGRATIONS WITH EXTERNAL VENDORS;
  • DESIGNING OVERALL ORACLE E-BUSINESS SUITE (EBS) UPGRADE STRATEGY AND ANALYZING AND RETROFITTING EXISTING ORACLE FINANCIALS, ORACLE HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (HRMS), ORACLE IRECRUITMENT AND ORACLE CONFIGURATION, EXTENSION, MODIFICATION, LOCALIZATION, AND INTEGRATION (CEMLI);
  • CARRYING OUT NEW DEVELOPMENT, BASED ON USER REQUIREMENTS, WORKING ON ORACLE APPROVALS MANAGEMENT ENGINE (AME) IMPLEMENTATIONS, AND ORACLE WORKFLOW INTEGRATION IN FINANCIALS, HRMS AND IRECRUITMENT;
  • DEVELOPING ORACLE APPLICATION FRAMEWORK (OAF) BASED CUSTOMIZATIONS AND EXTENSIONS IN ORACLE TALENT AND PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT (TPM) AND IRECRUITMENT;
  • DESIGNING SOLUTIONS TO MOVE FROM SINGLE BUSINESS GROUPS TO MULTIPLE BUSINESS GROUPS IN ORACLE EBS;
  • DESIGNING AND DEVELOPING COMPLEX OAF BASED EXTENSIONS FOR CONTINGENT WORKERS HIRING PROCESSES, UTILIZING ORACLE MODULES, INCLUDING OAF, AME, AND WORKFLOW;
  • DESIGNING AND DEVELOPING CUSTOM OAF FORMS REQUISITION SEARCH, CREATING REQUISITION, REVIEWING REQUISITION, AND CONTINGENT PLACEMENT;
  • HANDLING USER SUPPORT ISSUES IN HRMS, IRECRUITMENT, SELF-SERVICE HUMAN RESOURCES (SSHR), TALENT MANAGEMENT, AND PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT, AND DESIGNING AND DEVELOPING HR INTEGRATION WITH BMC REMEDY, ORACLE ACCESS MANAGEMENT, ORACLE TRAVEL AND EXPENSE MANAGEMENT AND ORACLE BENEFITS MANAGEMENT; AND
  • DESIGNING AND DEVELOPING IRECRUITMENT JOB BOARD INTEGRATION WITH INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL JOB PORTALS, AND HANDLING DISCOVERER REPORTING SOLUTIONS FOR ADMINS AND USERS.
  • 80% Travel required nationally.
