Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Manager, Enterprise Performance, Oracle in Dallas, TX and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.


Work You’ll Do

Manage Information Technology (IT) projects and implementation services to unlock the value of technology investments as comprehensive services and solutions. Manage overall project strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions, and select the most relevant Oracle tools and techniques to meet specific requirements, such as business case, pricing, complex financial analysis, or reporting management. Manage day-to-day interactions with executives and sponsors, and develop and maintain contact with top decision makers. Manage and deliver components of IT project engagements and improve the ability to react in digital worlds; and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, modernize core systems, and reimagine businesses with Oracle digital solutions. Participate and lead aspects of the IT project proposal development process, and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Improve internal processes and promote Oracle knowledge sharing within the team by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence.

  • 80% travel required nationally.

Minimum requirements: Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Applied Computer Science, Engineering (any), or a related field and three (3) years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelors degree (or foreign equivalent) and five (5) years of progressive related work experience. Must also have three (3) years of related work experience involving each of the following:

  • Conducting supply chain business process workshops, utilizing Microsoft (MS) Office Suite in order to understand current business processes and outline future processes in Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Cloud or Oracle ERP R12;
  • Conducting assessments of current legacy systems and business architecture, utilizing Oracle Gap Analysis templates to design Oracle ERP system landscapes;
  • Participating in feasibility analysis or Proof of Concept (POC) configurations for order management, including make-to-order and make-to-stock scenarios, as well as standard pricing and inventory transaction accounting in Oracle ERP Cloud or Oracle ERP R12;
  • Configuring Oracle order management, advanced pricing, shipping, inventory, and purchasing to fulfill business requirements, utilizing Oracle ERP Cloud or Oracle ERP R12;
  • Developing functional specifications for custom developments and interfacing with external systems, including Oracle iStore and legacy WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) via Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), utilizing document management tools including SharePoint to cater to unique business requirements;
  • Performing Unit testing, Regression testing, and defect resolutions utilizing HP ALM (Application Life Cycle Management), HPQC (Quality Center), and HP ITSM Information Technology Service Management) for standard and custom developments; and
  • Performing Oracle ERP Cloud or Oracle ERP R12 production rollouts and providing post-production Hypercare support and defect resolution using ServiceNow.
