Position Summary

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Manager, Enterprise Performance, Finance and Enterprise Performance in Philadelphia, PA and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally. 


Work You’ll Do 

Manage the creation of innovative and transformative Cloud-based information technology projects that address their next generational needs; create effective IT visions, strategies and roadmaps, in direct alignment and support of business and technology objectives. Manage the design and implementation of large-scale data ecosystems information technology projects including data management, governance and the integration of structured and unstructured data to generate insights leveraging Cloud-based platforms, including data cleansing and conversions, interface design/development, systems development life cycle, etc. Manage day to day interactions with clients and sponsors; develop and maintain contact with top decision makers in connection to information technology projects. Participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of information technology proposal strategies. Perform assessments of existing information systems and identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities; estimate time and resources needed for the development work. Leverage automation, cognitive and science-based techniques to manage data, predict scenarios and prescribe actions. Provide industry insight and analytical support using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modelling tools to produce analysis and algorithms that help businesses make better decisions. Synthesize overall operations strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions; select the most relevant tools/techniques to meet specific business requirements such as business case, pricing, or complex financial analysis and interpreting and reporting on outputs. Improve internal processes, and promote knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence.

Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field and five (5) years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept three (3) years of university study and six (6) years of related work experience. Must also have five (5) years of related work experience involving each of the following:

  • Conducting assessment of current system and business architecture to design the future financial consolidation process within Oracle HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) or Oracle FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Services) landscape; and integration with other tools including Oracle FDM (Financial Data Management) and Oracle ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning);
  • Creating income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, management reports, and other analytical reports for 10-K, 10-Q, and CAFR using Oracle Narrative Cloud reporting, Oracle FRS (Financial Reporting Studio), and Oracle SmartView;
  • Identifying business requirements, requirements management, functional designing, prototyping, process design (including scenario design, and flow mapping), testing, training, defining support procedures, and supporting full life cycle implementation of Oracle HFM and Oracle FCCS;
  • Developing and designing metadata, data forms, rules, reports, and performing unit testing application artifacts;
  • Providing training to administrators responsible for maintaining applications and end user training in Oracle SmartView, Oracle HFM, Oracle FCCS, Oracle FDM, and oracle EPRCS;
  • Performing Unit testing, Regression testing, and defect resolution for standard and custom developments; and
  • Developing SOWs (Statements of Work) and client proposals, managing full life cycle implementations, configuring application and user security in Oracle FCCS, Oracle HFM, and Oracle FDMEE, and providing access to the end finance users.
