Work You’ll Do

ASSESSING FINANCE PROCESSES WITHIN THE FINANCIAL SERVICES INDUSTRY AND SUPPORTING CLIENTS IN ORG TRANSFORMATION JOURNEYS THROUGH OPERATIONS MODEL TRANSFORMATION OR DIGITAL ENABLERS SUCH AS ROBOTICS PROCESS AUTOMATION (RPA), NATURAL LANGUAGE GENERATION (NLG), DATA ANALYTICS AND VISUALIZATION DASHBOARDS. CREATING AND PRESENTING EFFECTIVE VISIONS AND STRATEGY DOCUMENTS AND ROADMAPS, TO SENIOR LEADERSHIP TO ALIGN WITH COMPANY'S OBJECTIVES AND TO RECEIVE BUY-IN FOR IMPLEMENTATIONS; DEVELOPING EXECUTION PLANS FOR FINANCE TRANSFORMATION INCLUDING, IMPLEMENTATION ROLLOUT, TRANSITION PLANNING, CHANGE MANAGEMENT, ESTABLISHING SERVICE-LEVEL AGREEMENT (SLA), KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPI), AND GO LIVE PLANNING. MANAGE VENDOR ASSESSMENT FOR CONTENT MANAGEMENT OF FINANCIAL SERVICES COMPANIES BY CREATING VENDOR SELECTION FRAMEWORK, CONDUCTING DEMOS, ROAD-MAPPING, AND PRICING ASSESSMENT. MANAGE TEAMS THAT AIM TO PROVIDE ORGANIZATION LEADERS WITH THE CAPABILITIES AND TOOLS TO BUILD FLEXIBLE, INNOVATIVE BUSINESS MODELS THAT CREATE AND CAPTURE VALUE FOR THE ORGANIZATION, SUPPORTED BY A STRONG OPERATIONS FOUNDATION. MANAGE ENGAGEMENT PLANNING AND BUDGETING BY DEFINING DELIVERABLE STRUCTURE, CONTENT AND DELIVERY WHILE MANAGING RISKS AND QUALITY OF DELIVERY. PARTICIPATE IN PROPOSAL DEVELOPMENT AND CONTRIBUTE TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF PRICING STRATEGIES FOR EXISTING PROJECT EXTENSIONS AND NEW OPPORTUNITIES. PERFORM ASSESSMENTS OF EXISTING INFORMATION SYSTEMS AND IDENTIFY GAPS BETWEEN BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS AND CURRENT SYSTEM CAPABILITIES; ESTIMATE TIME AND RESOURCES NEEDED FOR THE DEVELOPMENT WORK. SYNTHESIZE OVERALL OPERATIONS STRATEGY BY ANALYZING A WIDE VARIETY OF BUSINESS SOLUTIONS; SELECT THE MOST RELEVANT TOOLS/TECHNIQUES TO MEET SPECIFIC CLIENT REQUIREMENTS SUCH AS BUSINESS CASE, PRICING, OR COMPLEX FINANCIAL ANALYSIS AND INTERPRETING AND REPORTING ON OUTPUTS. IMPROVE INTERNAL PROCESSES, AND PROMOTE KNOWLEDGE SHARING IN THE TEAM, BY CONTRIBUTING TO THE COMMUNITY OF PRACTICE, BLOGS, AND OTHER FORMS OF MARKET EMINENCE.

Requirements

BACHELORS DEGREE OR FOREIGN EQUIVALENT DEGREE IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, ANY STEM FIELD OR A RELATED FIELD. FIVE (5) YEARS OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE IN THE JOB OFFERED OR IN A RELATED OCCUPATION. IN THE ALTERNATIVE, THE EMPLOYER WILL ACCEPT THREE (3) YEARS OF UNIVERSITY STUDY AND SIX (6) YEARS OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE.
