Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Manager, Enterprise Performance, SAP in Dallas, TX and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do

MANAGE AND DELIVER COMPONENTS OF CLIENT ENGAGEMENTS THAT IDENTIFY, DESIGN, AND IMPLEMENT CREATIVE BUSINESS SOLUTIONS FOR LARGE COMPANIES; RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, MANAGING TEAMS IN THE IDENTIFICATION OF BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS, FUNCTIONAL DESIGN, PROCESS DESIGN (INCLUDING SCENARIO DESIGN, FLOW MAPPING), PROTOTYPING, TESTING, TRAINING, DEFINING SUPPORT PROCEDURES. PARTICIPATE AND LEAD ASPECTS OF THE PROPOSAL DEVELOPMENT PROCESS AND CONTRIBUTE TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF PROPOSAL PRICING STRATEGIES. PROVIDE LEADERSHIP AND SUPPORT FOR DELIVERY TEAMS AND STAFF IN LOCAL OFFICES. SELECT THE MOST RELEVANT TOOLS/TECHNIQUES TO MEET SPECIFIC CLIENT REQUIREMENTS SUCH AS BUSINESS CASE, PRICING, OR COMPLEX FINANCIAL ANALYSIS AND INTERPRETING AND REPORTING ON OUTPUTS. PARTICIPATE IN SETTING ENGAGEMENT OBJECTIVES AND SCOPE, DEVELOP WORK PLANS FOR COMPONENTS OF ENGAGEMENTS, AND COORDINATE ACTIVITIES BETWEEN WORKSTREAMS AND IDENTIFYING CHANGES IN SCOPE. PARTICIPATE IN VARIOUS ASPECTS OF THE FULL SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT LIFECYCLE FOR SOFTWARE APPLICATIONS, WHICH INCLUDES REQUIREMENTS GATHERING, APPLICATION CONFIGURATION DESIGN, BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYSIS, SCRIPTING, CODE DEPLOYMENTS, ENHANCEMENT VALIDATION, TRIAGE OF DEFECTS AND CHANGE REQUESTS, ESCALATIONS AND URGENT ISSUES. DEFINE SYSTEMS STRATEGY, DEVELOP SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS, DESIGN, PROTOTYPE, AND TEST CUSTOM TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS, AND SUPPORT SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION. DEVELOP DASHBOARD WIREFRAMES AND DESIGN REQUIREMENTS BASED ON DISCUSSION WITH AN UNDERSTANDING OF TECHNICAL AND VISUAL DESIGN CONSIDERATIONS. CREATE TEST CASES AND PERFORMING FUNCTIONAL, NON-FUNCTIONAL, SYSTEM INTEGRATION, BLACK-BOX, WHITE-BOX, AND END-TO-END TESTING OF SOFTWARE APPLICATIONS.

Requirements 

MASTERS DEGREE OR FOREIGN EQUIVALENT IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, ANY STEM FIELD, OR A RELATED FIELD AND THREE (3) YEARS OF WORK EXPERIENCE IN THE JOB OFFERED OR IN A RELATED OCCUPATION. IN THE ALTERNATIVE THE EMPLOYER IS WILLING TO ACCEPT A BACHELORS DEGREE AND FIVE (5) YEARS OF PROGRESSIVELY RESPONSIBLE EXPERIENCE AS NOTED ABOVE. MUST ALSO HAVE THREE (3) YEARS OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE INVOLVING EACH OF THE FOLLOWING:

  • WORKING ACROSS ALL PHASES OF THE AGILE AND WATERFALL PROJECT DELIVERY AND SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT LIFECYCLE FOR THE DESIGN, DEVELOPMENT, TESTING AND IMPLEMENTATION OF SAP SOLUTIONS FOR ENTERPRISE-LEVEL CLIENTS;
  • ANALYZING AND DOCUMENTING CURRENT-STATE SYSTEMS, PROCESSES AND ENVIRONMENTS TO SUPPORT PROJECT DESIGN OF FUTURE-STATE/TO-BE SYSTEMS, PROCESSES AND ENVIRONMENTS USING SHAREPOINT, MS PROJECT, MS EXCEL AND FUNCTIONAL SPECIFICATION DOCUMENT;
  • INTERFACING DIRECTLY WITH CLIENT STAKEHOLDERS TO GATHER FUNCTIONAL AND TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS, ANALYZING CLIENT REQUIREMENTS, AND TRANSLATING REQUIREMENTS INTO PROJECT DESIGNS TO DELIVER SOLUTIONS THAT FULLY MEET CLIENT NEEDS USING FUNCTIONAL AND TECHNICAL DESIGN DOCUMENTS;
  • USING SAP HANA, SAP DESIGN STUDIO, SAP BUSINESS OBJECTS, ORACLE AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT TO LEAD THE DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT OF PROJECT SOLUTIONS;
  • TRACKING AND REPORTING ON PROJECT AND MILESTONE DELIVERABLES STATUS TO ENSURE TIMELY PROJECT DELIVERY AND COMMUNICATION OF UPDATES TO INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS USING MS PROJECT, SHAREPOINT AND MS POWERPOINT;
  • LEADING THE PROJECT ACTIVITIES OF ONSHORE AND OFFSHORE TEAM MEMBERS TO ENSURE THE TIMELY AND QUALITY COMPLETION OF PROJECT DELIVERABLES;
  • USING HP ALM TO OVERSEE THE FOLLOWING TYPES OF TESTING TO ENSURE SUCCESSFUL DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF PROJECT SOLUTIONS: USER ACCEPTANCE TESTING AND INTEGRATION TESTING;
  • DESIGNING AND DELIVERING USER MANUALS AND TRAINING FOR SOLUTIONS TO ENSURE SUCCESSFUL IMPLEMENTATION, ADOPTION AND MAINTENANCE IN CLIENT ENVIRONMENTS USING MS POWERPOINT AND VISIO;
  • SUPPORTING BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES, INCLUDING PROPOSAL DEVELOPMENT AND RESPONSES TO REQUESTS FOR PROPOSALS.
  • 80% Travel required nationally.
