Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Manager, Customer & Marketing, Human Services Transformation in Los Angeles, California and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do

Manage the creation of innovative and transformative Cloud-based technology solutions that address clients next generational needs; create effective IT visions, strategies and roadmaps, in direct alignment and support of business and technology objectives. Manage the end-to-end journey from On-Premise to Cloud; may perform design and development within the following focus areas: Cloud messaging, ground-to-Cloud connectivity, Cloud Strategy, Operating Model Transformation, Cloud Development, Cloud Integration and Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), Cloud Migration, Cloud Infrastructure and Engineering, and Cloud Managed Services. Manage the design and implementation of large-scale data ecosystems including data management, governance and the integration of structured and unstructured data to generate insights leveraging Cloud-based platforms, including data cleansing and conversions, interface design and development, and systems development life cycle. Manage day-to-day interactions with executives and sponsors and develop and maintain contact with top decision makers. Participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Improve internal processes and promote knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence.

Requirements

Master's Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, any STEM degree, or a related field and three (3) years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) and five (5) years of progressively responsible relate work experience. Must also have three (3) years of related work experience involving each of the following: Leading and supervising small teams focused on specific strategic, design, and development efforts of engagements; Overseeing project management, utilizing Agile and Waterfall methodologies by leveraging Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools including IBM Rational Suite, Atlassian Jira and Confluence, and Bit-Bucket; Interfacing directly with Government and Public Sector client stakeholders and executives to gather functional and technical requirements, quantify client strategic objectives, and translate into project designs solutions that meet client needs, utilizing Industrial and Systems Engineering principles and data analytics tools Python and Tableau to help maximize states program efficiencies involving Child Support Enforcement, Health Insurance Exchanges, and the Public Works Departments; Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders utilizing automated document management and scheduling tools including Atlassian Confluence and MS Project; Managing the project responsibilities of cross-functional onshore and offshore team members to ensure efficient completion of project tasks, utilizing computational simulation techniques that leverage the same principles as manufacturing plants but that deliver sophisticated technology solutions; Managing, developing, and mentoring staff, assessing engagement performance and performing year-end reviews; Monitoring and reporting statuses, risks, and dependencies across projects and leading on-time and on-budget deliveries; Leading and supporting activities related to mapping current processes and creating to-be business process service flows that help design components for online applications, leading to improved visibility of service gaps and integration opportunities; Leading and implementing business transformation initiatives that integrate aspects of people, process and technology to deliver impact and business value by meeting success criteria, KPIs (key performance indicators) and benchmarks; and Designing scalable, secure, and efficient technical Cloud ecosystems to support enterprise applications and integrating with On-Premise and Cloud applications.
