Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Manager, Customer & Marketing, Human Services Transformation in Seattle, WA and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

 

Work You’ll Do

Transforming how clients deliver services to customers. Delivering large, complex systems development and transformation projects to human service agencies across federal, state, and local government agencies. Partnering with clients to transform service delivery to those most in need. Managing day-to-day interactions with executive clients and sponsors. Managing and delivering components of client engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business solutions for large companies. Managing teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures. Developing and maintaining contact with top decision makers at key clients. Participating and leading aspects of the proposal development process. Contributing to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Providing leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Participating in setting engagement objectives and scope, developing work plans for components of engagements, coordinating activities between workstreams and identifying changes in scope. Providing industry insight and analytical support using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modelling tools to produce analysis and algorithms that help businesses make better decisions. Creating business case decision models and customer financial models and execute process mapping to optimize clients' operational productivity, forecasting, and budgeting processes.

Requirements

Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM degree, or a related field. Must have three (3) years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and five (5) years of progressive related work experience. Candidate must also have three (3) years of related work experience involving each of the following:

  • Formulating technical design tasks and laying out technical maps on implementation of client requirements;
  • Analyzing requirements and coming up with robust system designs for clients;
  • Developing complex architectures for projects to integrate with different widgets, implementing navigation framework, logging framework, authorization, ada implementation and performance tuning of applications;
  • Developing technical design from functional design for modules within referral and intake tracks;
  • Designing and coding screens, business logic and rules engine along with reports, extensions and conversion objects to meet clients requirements;
  • Writing Procedural Language/Structured Query Language (PL/SQL) programs to call Application Programming Interfaces (APIS) and inserting records into Oracle seeded tables for creating new items;
  • Using Oracle development tools tool for Oracle Application Developers (TOAD), Structured Query Language (SQL) developer and forms for development works required to meet clients requirements.
  • 80% Travel required nationally.
